I emailed this company before 9am, had a call back about twenty minutes later, with a quote based on information I had provided. It was far lower than I had expected. They had had a cancellation that morning and could be with me in forty-five minutes. They were as good as their word. The chap arrived at 10.15, finished at 10.45. He was presentable, knowledgeable, worked quickly and left the site clean, tidy, and manageable. I was impressed with the excellent, efficient service and it was a real pleasure to deal with such a friendly, professional team.

Came on time, courteous and left the area with just chippings and even cut the trunk up into manageable lengths for later spliting into logs. A reasonable price and nice people to deal with. No hesitation in recommending.

Steve arrived on time. His equipment is very modern and impressive - my neighbour came 'round to watch! Very polite guy. Good price for the service. It took about 1 hour to remove a massive Norwegian Spruce stump to about 6 inches below the ground. Totally recommend.

Wayne was asked to recover a job from a tree surgeon misunderstanding the requirements. He called me on a rainy Saturday morning to discuss what had gone wrong and was at my house less than thirty minutes later. After five minutes under a brolly discussing the situation with him, he opted to crack on with the job there and then. Less than an hour later, eight stumps in a difficult position up against a neighbour's wall were mulched and gone. As part of a larger garden project including a fencing contractor and a landscaper, Wayne really did save me time and money in the long run. The fencing contractor can now get on with his portion of work before the landscaper starts a day or so later. Thank very much Wayne, an excellent job, executed in a safe and timely manner.

Steve is a nice man who does a good job at a fair price. He has a very powerful remote controlled machine which can grind large stumps quickly and efficiently. There is no point in trying to do this yourself when you can get Stumpbusters on the job.

Peter arrived on time, steered stump buster machine expertly through garden pots etc and got rid of all the stump bar one root (obscured amongst the vast pile of sawdust). He cleaned up well and charged exactly what he said. I would recommend him without reservation. David Rhind

Speedy service and great job all round. Comprehensively got rid of all the stumps and all surface roots. For the price, can't be beaten...I did consider hiring a grinder to do it myself, but Andy was only fractionally more, and the machine he used was far more substantial than what I was going to get and has done a great job, so I'm very glad I brought him in. Andy is a nice guy and would recommend his services to anyone.

Turned up the same day and removed a large old leylandi stump in under an hour.
