I ordered a HP x360 and the product itself is brilliant and only has a few scratches on the side and the front.The customer service team is amazing they promptly emailed me when there was an issue with the laptop I ordered not being in stock and they offered me a suitable replacement, resolved the issue quickly and gave me priority shipping on the order for free. Couldn't have asked for better service.

The product is great and at a great price but had problems with DPD the delivery company they used. Would recommend them switching to a different delivery company.

I ordered a Surface Pro i7 with 16gb memory. Grade A. Arrived in 2 days and is amazing. As new. Not a single mark on it nor the Surface Pro keyboard. I could not be more impressed nor happier with my purchase. Would recommend Tier1 to anyone.

It damage table I don’t like it

My shift keys are not very responsive — which can be very annoying when trying to program. Otherwise the laptop runs very well and was at a very good price!
