I think I'm on my 4th laptop from Tier1, and they have all been amazing value, clean & reliable. Unless you have money to throw away, there's no reason not to buy refurbished, and Tier1 is a great company to purchase from.

The laptop delivered was exactly the specifications agreed upon. The communication and timing were excelent. However, the mouse was misding. I notified Tier 1 online and a few days later, I got the mouse. I'd decinitely buy from them again. They were professional, very good in communication and delivered exactly what I bought.

Got a laptop, it shuts down at 50% when running high-performance apps without being plugged in and the fan is really loud and hot, the touchpad also has some issues. This was supposed to be a Grade A Laptop, seems more like I was sold a Grade F...F for failure.
