I bought a refurbished thinkpad Grade B. They answered my questions quickly via Livechat and the laptop arrived fairly quickly. It was delayed by a day but that was due to an error by DPD. I’m very happy with the laptop. It’s in excellent condition and perfect for my needs at a massive saving for the quality of machine. I haven’t used it much yet so can’t comment on the longevity or after sales service. I’d definitely recommend this company they seem to be trustworthy and reliable.

DPD still have my parcel, waited in, but did not arrive in time slot, did not leave parcel in my safe place. My parcel is somewhere in the system,but where? Dont even know if they have attempted a 2nd delivery. Tried to have redelivery but my tracking number and postcode seems invalid on there web site. PLAESE HELP

I had a problem with the CMOS / BIOS battery and sticky / clacky backspace key on a newly delivered Lenovo Yoga. So called Customer Service - call answered in 30 seconds. Friendl, helpful nd courteous chap. He immediately arranged for the laptop to be swapped out. The replacement (and collection) was completed in 48 hours on the Saturday morning.
