This is my second purchase from Teir1 and the service has been exceptional. Delivery of the laptop was within a few days, well within the timeframe advertised. The quality of the refurbished laptop as 'Class C' is better than expected in appearance and works first class. Exceptional response to queries to customer services.

I ordered a refurbished laptop from Tier 1. A sale assistant called Lucas advised my chosen laptop unfortunately didn't pass the last testing stage and offered me an alternative laptop or a refund. I found their level of communication and customer service impressive and although by first order didn't go to plan, I will still be buying my laptop from them.

I was looking for a specific configuration of a laptop and tier1online.com seem to have the last of the laptops with a DVD Drive. I initially called them up to double check whether it had a DVD drive which they confirmed it did. I then purchased the Laptop I wanted from the website and completed the checkout process with ease. I purchased the laptop on a Wednesday afternoon and the laptop arrived via DPD the following Saturday early afternoon. The package was undamaged, the laptop was in a large air pocket protective packaging inside large box and was received in the same condition as described on the website. The description stated that the laptop was a condition B item. Upon opening, the laptop only had a couple of light scratches on the top of the lid. The rest of the laptop was near perfect and works perfectly. Honestly, I am really impressed with Tier1Online.com. The staff were professional in dealing with my query when I contacted them. The Laptop I purchased is perfect and I would definately recommend them to anyone. Thank you tier1online, definately one happy customer here.
