Laptops etc all look good. Had a discount voucher as work for NHS and this didn't work. Phoned and they said would look into it! I'm still waiting now a week later. So between Health Service Discounts and TIER1 the ability to be trustworthy, dependable and reliable seems to be un achievable. Discount codes that don't work and poor customer serviced, please give a round of applause.

Fast service and grea quality

I needed to pay through bank transfer to get it delivered to my brother's house. Customer services helped me and all went smoothly. By the time it was going to be dispatched there were no more a grade versions of this laptop available, so with my approval, they refunded the difference and sent b grade model instead. What arrived was indistinguishable from an a grade laptop in my opinion. Everything worked perfectly!

The laptop was described as 'Grade A' and I found this accurate. There was no obvious wear signs on the outside or on screen and keypad. Standard 'free' postage was acceptable, the item was well packaged. As a constructive suggestion, I would have found a quick start guide complete with a www link to a more detailed manual very useful. Overall, a satisfied customer!

I think there is such good choice at prices that feel possible. I recommended Tier 1 to a family member who had such a great experience I decided to benefit from it too!

Poor initial response from customer service I placed an order with tier1 on Tuesday 3rd Oct, selecting express delivery which said it would arrive in 2-3 days I called 3 times on Friday 6th Oct to confirm the status, but no reply from customer service. I left 2 messages Ending up speaking to reception (who were very congenial). They said they would pass the message on, but still no reply The tracking status says "order has been received", but no further indication/ETA Poor communication. Very likely to cancel order. Somewhat upsetting / surprising as other reviews clearly good, and I was keen to support a low carbon purchase option **** Since posting this, the PC has come and is working fine. The response did seem to be linked to me posting this review - I've upgraded from a 2 to a 3 star. Not sure you should have to complain to get good service, but appreciate the responsiveness nonetheless

Absolutely fantastic service.The laptop we were looking for was sold out pretty much everywhere.Managed to get one from Tier 1 at a much lower cost and great quality for a refurbished laptop. Delivery was super quick and packaged so well. So very happy overall and will definitely be using Tier 1 in the future.

Pros I purchased the HP Elite-book Touchscreen for my Architectural degree. I upgraded to Windows 11 and 256GB NVMe for an additional fee and it all works very well, I’m impressed. Cons Only con is the laptop was listed (grade B) which means minor scratches, when in fact the laptop should’ve been listed (grade C) for the noticeable (dent) on the exterior surface behind the screen along with many scratches. Nevertheless, the team at (Tier) offered to refund a £20 which I just accepted but still believe wasn’t compensation considering the misleading (Grade B), prominent dent and scratches and also the time we spent just resolving. In all fairness there is only two people currently in the office I was told. I mean they could’ve at least through In the HP touchscreen pen for free. Hahah Blessings
