I want to hugely thank everyone I dealt with at Finance One. I’ve never had a finance company so considerate, understanding, and flexible with payments. This in turn was a huge relief and took the stress out of a situation so many people go through. I would highly recommend more companies learn from the empathic approach that Finance One showed towards me.

Edited: After putting reviews up finance one called me said they would reduce my interest rate to 19% better then it was but still costing me heaps more then most others would. I have payed heaps extra to my loan over this pandemic that has happened so I don’t pay almost double of what I borrowed. Once this loan is finished I know for sure I won’t be taking my next car loan out with them and I am already set on the next car I want to buy I needed a car for my small cleaning business. I put a deposit on the car I wanted before anything was in place. I was then told finance one would approve me as I only had my business for 12 months and don’t have pay slips or tax returns. I wasn’t told the interest rate till I starting signing documents. Finance one was charge me 27% interest a $22 monthly fee and a $2000 risk fee even tho I have a great credit score. I can not believe a finance company could do that to a small business for a secured car loan. In the 2 months I have had the loan I have payed more then what has been required even tho my business has come to a big loss.

Very happy with Finance One even through my hardest days they were still so helpful and gave me thoughtful and caring advice, especially Debbie. I wouldn't go anywhere else! Thank you so much to the whole team at FinanceOne!!!!

Good company, always helpful, would use again when my credit rating is better. No hidden fees or early exit costs.

Great company to get finance through if you have had poor credit in the past. Quick responses when I have made enquiries. I have called them quite often for the progress of my loan as I paid extra on it every fortnight- they were always happy to help and pleasant to speak to. I highly recommended finance one and will possibly loan through them again in the future.

From start to finish I was cared for. My broker Cassandra was a great help and communication was never a problem. She understood I couldn’t always get to the phone due to my working hours but would always send a follow up email which was much easier to communicate that way.
