“Live agents” that will “respond in moments” are anything but live, taking a full day to respond. All information required for a simple vehicle import ITN was typed in by me but when input by agent to ITN filing had errors in 3 of 3 most important fields. Cost was triple what a US based firm would charge. I chose ClearIt based on the seeming immediacy of live agents being available. Wrong choice.

I tried to phone you 2 or 3 times and never got through. We are receiving too many calls to talk to you right now. Leave your phone number and we will call you back. You never did contact me back. Eventually, when you did contact me by email Fedex was threatening to return the merchandise to Leggari or sell. They gave me a few hours. Luckily it got done in the nick of time.
