The agent, Justin I believe, my wife dealt with was snippy, somewhat disrespectful and more interested in coming off as a pompous know-it-all than actually explaining things and assisting my wife through a process we knew nothing about...hence why we hired a broker!! Sure they got the job done and our goods through customs but could have been more helpful, patient and understanding about it. The low fee they advertise online is a great way to hook you in too. Their invoice was ridiculously higher than what we were lead to believe.

Clearit helped me export my car from the US. They were very fast and helped me in less time than they promised, the US requires at least 72 hours notice before the export but they managed to finish the documentation and submit it in record time and thankfully the folks at the border were cooperative and I exported it with 12 hours notice! 10/10!
