It took me over a week for someone to get in touch with me, I kept calling and there was no answer. My freight company almost had to wait at the border because of clearit. I left several messages and no one called back. The clearit people kept making new tickets for the same shipment. Between the vendor, freight and clearit, we all had issues getting in touch with clearit and getting everything ready.

Where to start . i was told that the price i paid ($618.00 us funds ) at time of purchase was all inclusive with UPS , the i get a text from you for an additional $288.00. After speaking with your representative i was told that i would receive a call 1/2 hour before delivery , well that never happened. while attempting to unload the pallet the driver kept ramming the skid into the sides of the truck as if the truck would get wider the more he did it . One piece is so badly damaged it has to be replaced , so now i have to deal with your claims department , if what i have seen so far is any example of your degree of professionalism i can only imagine how this is going to go.
