Ordered 2 cotton waffle bathrobes, one for me and one for guests. They arrived within a week of order! Both were monogrammed beautifully. Quality is superior, full cut and very comfy. Similar to those found in fine hotels. Would make a beautiful gift. Very happy with purchase.

Easy ordering, fast shipping and nice quality. Just a bit longer than I expected, however it is relatively light weight and not too hot for summer use.

After being a guest at the Omni Hotel, I so enjoyed the robe in the room that I placed an order online through the Omni website and Monarch Cypress as a gift for my daughter. When I had not received the robe after more than two weeks, I tried contacting Monarch Cypress via their customer service line where no one answered and you could not leave a message, I sent an email to the address of their purchase confirmation, but got no response, and UPS said the tracking number Monarch Cypress gave me was not valid. So when I got an email from Trustpilot asking for a review of Monarch Cypress, I posted a review as a dissatisfied customer. I immediately got a response from Monarch Cypress saying the robe was delayed because of Covid and a slow down in their monogramming department. I received the robe 2 days later, but unfortunately it was a lesser quality robe than the one I had ordered and liked as an Omni guest, and the monogramming was not as requested. I chose a typical monogram of three initials with the middle letter (for the last name) being larger than the letters on each side as depicted in a picture on the website. However, the monogram I received had all three initials the same size, giving no indication that the middle letter represented the last name, and thus messing up the monogram. I am still a VERY DISSATISFIED customer, and I DO NOT recommend Monarch Cypress. I will also contact the Omni Hotel to make them aware of the issues I had. Sharon Roland

Have ordered from this company ... products are great if you can get them..They sent shipping information and NEVER gave shipment to UPS When I complained...smart answer saying it was delivered two months BEFORE I even ordered. They incompetently researched the wrong order. And gave a curt reply. If you don’t care when and if you get your product...go ahead and order

This thick, well-made robe is like those in the best hotels. I have had many over the years,but this is by far the very best. The oversized fit envelopes you in soft luxurious comfort and it's difficult to even consider getting dressed. The shipping was fast, two days after ordering and the robe was packaged in a dustbag before shipped. I have washed and dried this according to the manufacturer's directions without an shrinkage or pulls. It maintained it's lovely oversized shape and even softened up a bit more. I'm in heaven.

I know Covid has slowed everything down. But it has been two weeks 10 business days and I haven’t received even a email to explain where my order is. I received the automatic email when I ordered and not one attempt to give me any other info. I intended to order more but without any contact that probably won’t happen.

I just LOVE my 12oz. Ultimate Velour Terry Kimono Robe! It is perfectly plush, super soft and cozy without being bulky :) The optional monogram was a BONUS! The robe arrived on time (which wasn't soon enough as I wanted it yesterday) and even packed in fabric bag instead of tossed in plastic. As far as pricing goes, I felt it was a great buy at roughly $80 + / -. Loved mine so much I am getting these for my daughters :)

We recently stayed at a B&B and they had the Monarch Cypress robes. I searched online and found the website and purchased a green one for me. My partner also loves it, so I'll be buying one for him as well.

This robe is so luxurious! I simply love the comfort, simplicity and my name embroidered on it.

I have had a Monarch robe for 25 years. The hanging loop was fraying, the collar was a bit ratty and had separated from the robe. An old friend, that had always embraced me, had to be replaced. I looked at Amazon and Overstock for a 100% cotton, simple white robe. Then I had the inspired thought, perhaps the robemaker Monarch could be googled. Much to my delight, I found the exact same robe on Monarch's website. My birthday and my housekeeper's birthday was coming up ...so I bought two. The robe is exactly the same and I threw my old one out. My housekeeper loved hers, as I do mine.

The service is great. We love the robes with one complaint. The robes have 2 loops for the belt; however; the belt is sewed onto the back of the robe making it impossible to use the lower loop.

I am very particular about the size and quality of my bath robe. I must have the best cotton, the right collar, perfect sleeve length and length of the robe. I was reluctant to order from a company I had not heard of and just found online. I received my new robe yesterday and could not be happier. They have exceeded by expectations. Quality of the fabric is superior. I ordered one with my initials and the color, font and placement was perfect. They run generous in size. The packaging was also a class act. I plan to use them again for some Christmas gifts.

Glad I found this robe! Fits well, washes well. No shrinkage. Light weight for Arizona summers, but no see-through. Will be great for a travel robe as well.

I ordered from Monarch Cypress because I have two of the Waffle pattern. I have owned them for over 15 years, they are starting to show wear and tear - for frequent washings. It was time to replace! SO - I love the fabric, the pattern - IT IS MUCH TOO LARGE! "MY BAD", I ordered it in the wrong size! I would like to exchange it for a smaller size! Absolutely love this robe! This is what my gynecologist has you put on at her office. I liked it so much I took a picture of the tag to find and purchase on line! It’s so light, comfortable, & great quality!
