Bought the robe for Father's day and a retirement present for my Dad and he absolutely loves it. I bought one for my sister as a birthday gift last year. They make a wonder gift. The best quality fabric and stitching.

Best birthday gift for my 10 year old son! This brand/style robe was first worn by my son a year ago at The Springs Resort & Spa at Pagosa Springs. He LOVED it and asked for one. This year we couldn’t make it back to visit (COVID-19) and purchase the robe but I was able to contact the vendor. I’m so glad I was able to find this exact robe. My son snuggles in it and uses it as his blanket every night since his birthday. Great purchase!

I wore this robe during a recent Dr appt and commented how much I loved it. She said they had done extensive research to find them and everyone loves them. I took a picture of the label and ordered the next day! It’s cute, comfortable & cool! I ordered the 36” like the Dr office had & monogrammed! I was that confident I would love it & I do!

I receive my linens very quickly. They were the same quality as the hotel where I first experienced them. I was very happy about that. However I did not receive a shipment notification email as promised and the order was not complete. I had also ordered a robe which did not come with my water and now must call the company to find where it is.

I've been trying to locate this robe since my previous one became threadbare after 20 plus years of wear. I purchased the light weight option because it's perfect for summer. Love the comfort and the fact that it is 100% cotton. I could not be happier with my purchase and......it arrived in the mail just a couple of days after I placed my order. How's that for delivery time during this pandemic.

I experienced these sheets at a resort last fall, and tracked them down on line. I ordered a queen set for Father’s Day, and 2 twin sets came in mail in a week or so. I went online to ask about returns and a week went by with no reply. I went back online to try again and took twins to ship back. $23 dollars for slowest UPS. When I got home, I got an email saying they were shipping me a label for return and shipping correct order. We’ll see if they refund the $23 shipping for incorrect order. I can’t wait to put the sheets on my bed!

I gave you three because the quality of your robes because that was the only thing that has any quality to it. I tried contacting your establishment through email and calling the customer service number and other numbers that I found online to no avail,I thought maybe you guys shut down or something I’ve never dealt with you before but I don’t know if I will ever deal with you again I’m going to get my role returned an exchange it but the only way I’m able to do that is because my daughter contacted you from Vancouver British Columbia and because she has a work address with LuLu Lemon I think you guys thought you were getting a Purchase from them, And that was the only way we could get through so you sent her a label she attached it and sent it to me now I can have my girlfriend print it and mail it to me.Considering you guys only give people 30 days to return items you think you would be answering Customers emails and calls right away. You definitely need to check your customer service number to you call the number the guy says his thing leave us a message and then somebody says goodbye and hangs up so you’ll never get to leave your message.

I liked the robe I purchased but it was far too big and wanted to return it. I tried calling multiple times but was unable to reach anyone. I emailed three times to request help as when I requested a return label online in order to return the robe, I never received a response, an email, a return label! I don't know if this is even a viable company as they never responded. I have disputed this purchase on my Amex as I do not want this robe and want to return it and receive credit on my account. I would not recommend this site to any consumer!!!
