United States | 04 May 2020I love the robes they are nice and thick, you cannot see through them. They also are the right size if not big.... which is great. Everyone else out there seems to be so incredibly under sized that this is awesome fitting robes.

United States | 01 April 2020Best Robe Ever! My Boss gave me a picture of a Robe from an expensive hotel he stayed in and said get me that robe in a little larger size cause it is wonderful. Well the hotel had only one size fits all so the search was on. Not only is it the perfect fit he says it is even more luxurious. Thanks

United States | 25 February 2020This is my second robe from Monarch Cypress! I first experienced the robe while staying at Marriott Resort. i ordered the first one directly from Monarch Cypress. Unfortunately, it was mixed with some colors and turned pink. I enjoyed it for over 3 years. It is the most comfortable robe with a perfect weight. I went to reorder and they had an overstock special with the Marriott logo. I ordered it to make sure, it was what I wanted. It was and I love it! The only disappointment was that I went to reorder for my Family and it wasn't available. This is a great robe!!

United States | 22 February 2020I ordered a robe as a Valentines gift. UPS tracking messaged that the item was ready for shipment but not delivered. After the promised due date, I emailed MonarchCypress and attached a copy of the order and the UPS status. I received a response saying the package was delivered. Obviously it was not delivered as I would not have contacted them! I called customer service - spoke to a rep that could not figure out what happened to my order. She could not figure it out and promised me a supervisor would call me back. It’s been over a week and I have not heard back from anyone. I contacted my credit card company and disputed the charge. BTW - we have Ring and can see if something was delivered. It was not! UPS has no record of this being sent either. Horrible customer service.
