Avoid Boxie24 – Untrustworthy and Unreliable Storage! We trusted Boxie24 based on positive reviews, but this turned out to be an expensive learning experience. Upon our return, we discovered that some of our belongings—specifically my partner’s work tools—were missing. These tools are crucial for his job, yet they are nowhere to be found in the warehouse. We have photographic evidence proving that the tool trolley and tool bag were loaded onto the Boxie24 truck, meaning they were in the company’s possession. However, despite numerous attempts to resolve this issue, we’ve been given the runaround. Customer service has been a nightmare—long wait times, being placed on hold repeatedly, and ultimately receiving the same unhelpful responses. Boxie24 advertises “safe and secure” storage, but that couldn’t be further from the truth. Access to the warehouse is only permitted by appointment, making it highly suspicious that only specific, high-value items have disappeared. And to make matters worse, no compensation has been offered for our loss. A word of warning to anyone considering Boxie24: Do not trust this company with your belongings. If you value your possessions, look elsewhere for storage.

Die Abholung war super. Der Service zwischenzeitlich leider unterirdisch (einsilbig, nur einen Teil der Fragen beantwortet). Der Hammer war die Abholung, die sehr schlecht organisiert war (Selbstabholer), das Lager eine verdreckte Baracke und mein Lagergut war so schlecht verpackt, dass ich einige Sachen wegwerfen muss. Dazu war es relativ teuer.

Bezorgers waren prima op tijd en hadden flink meegeholpen. Kosten zijn ook redelijk goedkoop en voor de rest geen klachten.

Boxie24 heeft mijn verwachtingen overtroffen met hun uitstekende opslagservice. Het team was vriendelijk, professioneel en uiterst behulpzaam tijdens het hele proces. Ze namen de tijd om al mijn vragen te beantwoorden en waren zeer responsief. De verhuizers gingen zorgvuldig om met mijn bezittingen en waren snel en efficiënt. Bij terugkomst waren al mijn spullen in perfecte staat, zonder enige schade. Ik waardeer hun toewijding aan klanttevredenheid en zou Boxie24 ten zeerste aanbevelen aan iedereen die op zoek is naar een betrouwbare en stressvrije opslagoplossing. 

Pick up took 4 days due to them being so busy and not being able to align their pick up time with my availability and also was charged €125 for only 3 or 4 items that I helped to bring down 1 floor with an elevator. I understand a pick up fee was charged but I didn’t even have time to bring my items down stairs because they arrived at my home the same time I did. Great company just service and communication needs to be more transparent

Ik moest mijn woonkamer inboedel een aantal maanden ergens kwijt i.v.m. een verhuizing, en met Boxie24 was het in no-time super opgelost. Mijn meubels werden keurig netjes op de afsproken datum en tijd opgehaald door twee vriendelijke kerels. Toen ik een aantal maanden later de meubels weer terug wilde hebben was het ook zo geregeld om deze terug te laten bezorgen. Alles was nog nog steeds puntgaaf en onbeschadigd, er zat zelfs geen stof op! Ook de mannen die de meubels terug kwamen brengen waren vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Als je snel je spullen ergens kwijt moet, en zeker wilt weten dat er voorzichtig mee word omgegaan, is deze firma zeker een aanrader. Bovendien een prima prijs die er gevraagd word, en alles bij elkaar (opslag en terugbrengkosten) vaak nog goedkoper dan een opslag huren waar je zelf alles heen moet sjouwen en ophalen.

Ik heb onlangs plastic verhuisboxen gehuurd bij Boxie24 en ben ontzettend tevreden. De boxen waren stevig, schoon en werden op tijd geleverd én opgehaald. Het gemak van huren in plaats van kartonnen dozen kopen maakte mijn verhuizing een stuk makkelijker. De klantenservice was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Zeker een aanrader! 🌟

Very happy that I chose boxie24. They help you in advance with making sure you choose the correct size. The person picking up my things for storage was well on time and called in advance to let me know when he would arrive. He was very friendly and took care of packing all my boxes onto the car. Everything went very quick and smoothly. Will definitely recommend using Boxie24 if you need to storage.

Alles nicht fair

The delivery went great, all of my items were there in good shape. Many thanks to the drivers for helping me get my stuff to my room on the ground floor.

Alles was super netjes geregeld. Ik werd 30 minuten van tevoren gebeld dat ze onderweg waren. Onderweg kwamen ze in de file terecht, waardoor ze een beetje later zouden zijn, maar ook dat lieten ze netjes weten. Ze waren snel met alles van de eerste verdieping naar beneden brengen en daarna in de vrachtwagen laden. Alles werd heel voorzichtig en netjes gedaan. Zeker blij mee! 🙂

The whole process was easy. The company contacted me for a more personalised experience as soon as I registered and gave me good advice. The pick up team was amazing, and helped me with some the whole way.

Friendly and efficient service. I booked on their website over the weekend, someone called me on Monday to confirm details, and they came to pick my stuff up on Thursday. Everything was well arranged, the customer service is helpful, and their pickup service is greatly appreciated. Only point of improvement - It would be nice if they had a shorter storage period, as the minimum right now is 2 months.

Nightmare, avoid at all costs I felt extremely let down by boxie24 service in Netherlands and I was genuinely shocked to read the positive reviews below. I patiently waited for them to collect my boxes for an entire day, but they never showed up. When I contacted their customer service for some assurance that they would pick up my items as agreed upon, and ETA, they claimed they couldn't reach their drivers and couldn't provide any feedback. On multiple occasions, their staff had an intimidating approach and even threatened to cancel my booking (which they actually did), even though they were well aware that I had packed everything and needed to vacate my rented flat within a few hours. Despite our time constraints, which they disregarded, they insisted on canceling the booking, which added unnecessary stress to an already tense situation. Plus added financial damage.,It's disheartening to see how they used this situation against us during such a difficult time. The entire experience was nothing short of a nightmare. In the end, they made the unilateral decision to cancel our reservations and informed us that they had already instructed their drivers not to collect our boxes. We were left scrambling to make last-minute arrangements. It's truly astonishing that businesses like this are allowed to operate. And they don’t take any responsibility whatsoever. If they exercise the upper hand like that, just because I asked EstimatedTime of Arrival, i don’t dare imaging what would they do later on once they have the personal items of people. Very unreliable. If anything you were even more arrogant by acknowledging threats made to us and validating that was the treatment we deserved as customers. Boxie24 suggest you have internal quality checks and improvements, investigate properly with your staff. also you may wish to go back and check emails and review exchanges at the time to refresh your memory on the arrogance and rudeness of your treatment. In retrospective, and after reading reviews of your victims throughout the years I realised we dodged a bullet. We thankfully realised just in time that you are not a trustworthy and reliable company to handle our possessions and I am glad we found other providers that could take much better care of.
