Reden voor kiezen van Boxie was de gratis ophaalservice. Werd allemaal netjes op een pallet gezet en gesealed. Communicatie was duidelijk en alles was zeer snel geregeld.

Really easy collection

Terrible!! Absolutely terrible!!! My items were dropped off on the SIDEWALK!!! The middle of the open on the side of the road!! I spoke to them on the phone 10 minutes before arrival just to find my items left on the sidewalk. NOT TO MENTION, when I found my items, TWO OF THEM WERE BROKEN, with one of my carts missing an entire wheel! When I approached the workers before they left, THEY WERE EXTREMELY RUDE and REFUSED to help me bring my items inside. On top of this, I rescheduled my delivery to during the week because I was told it would make my drop off fee $100 cheaper. However after they completed their rude and unprofessional drop off, I received an invoice for the amount of a weekend drop off. This place is a joke and will never receive a dime from me ever again.

Die Abholung verlief sehr schnell und unkompliziert. Einzig die Kommunikation wäre noch verbesserungsfähig. Ich habe dem Unternehmen meine Kontaktdaten mehrere Wochen vorab per Mail mitgeteilt, erst am Tag der Abholung wurde ich dann benachrichtigt, dass meine Handynummer scheinbar nicht abgespeichert worden sei und die Mitarbeiter mich nicht erreichen könnten. Da die Boxen in der Folge mangels rechtzeitiger Benachrichtigung noch nicht zur Abholung im EG bereit standen, haben die Lagermitarbeiter freundlicherweise dabei geholfen, sie nach unten zu bringen. Daher alles in allem ein super Service!

Really great service! Got a call 30 minutes before they arrived so I could have everything ready for collection. Super nice and friendly people and very quick as well. Super easy to reach out and have English support.

Sign up was easy. Instructions clear. Pick up was prompted by a heads up call in time to move things. Pick up was quick and easy.

This company needs 0 stars for their dishonest way of communication. On advising that the boxes were going to be collected by the movers, we were told that they could only collect on Tuesday or Wednesday at 8.30 and that there was only half an hour to load before their doors would be locked. We explained that a moving company cannot be so restricted. Having eventually found a brilliant moving company who moved all their drivers to fit in with an impossible schedule demanded by Boxie24, they did not open the doors..did not respond to emails and did not answer the telephone. They pitched up at 9.15. The arrogance of the 'owner' or 'manager' Michael..without a surname..puts the whole company down. I urge those who can find alternate storage to go somewhere else. These guys are totally unprofessional and arrogant. Moving is stressful enough..it doesn't need to be compounded by BOXIE24.

The people that came to get the boxes were great and heloed a lot:) However the time frame organization for pick up was not great, they gave a time window from 9am to 16 am, i called in the morning to know if i was gonna receive a message on time and they told me i was gonna be alerted 30 minut before, so to have time to prepare. I got a phonecall literally 5 min before they arrived… so that not fantastic But at least the guys helped me carry the boxes downstairs!

+ attractive prices employees are friendly and can be reached well via email and phone appointment for storage could be changed flexibly - list of items that need to be stored has to be created yourself in kind of detailed fashion (for other storage providers this is not necessary)

Very well organize providing you with MSGs updates and calls for the pickup times. They committed a mistake with my order charging me for the wrong order. Contact them and they were very fast given me a refund.

Good service. I filled out the form online and in four days they came to pick up my stuff. Nothing to complain about so far.

Das Lagern und abholen der Sachen lief einwandfrei. Schneller Kontakt bei Fragen. Einzig der Zugang zu den Sachen könnte einfacher und Kostenfrei sein. Sonst alles super

I use this service because I have to go back to my home country for several months, the service was very easy to use. Just booked in the website and choose the date to pick up. On that day, they would tell before coming. This service is really easy, practical and not that expensive. Recommended :)

Great experience with Boxie! I made the reservation for the storage unit a few months in advance and everything went very smoothly. The pickup was very quick and efficient. Very nice movers. The customer service was also very helpful and open to all question. I can recommend this storage unit service.

Good service, available for all questions per phone and the pickup itself was very good! The pickup time is quite long (between 10 and 16) which is a bit inconvenient if you are asking people to help you carry your stuff down but don't know if they have to be there at lets say 9, or 15hr. But I understand that it's hard for Boxxy to make a planning with all the variables so all good. I would recommend it!

Quick response on emails. The collection guys seemed professional. I regret though that 3 boxes have to be turned on its side to fit the pallet. Found out only after my stuff are collected that I can't access them. And hence cannot rectify the 3 boxes to its upright position! Didn't occur to me to ask since it was stated on their website that you could access so long advance appointment is made. There's also now no way to confirm what the website claimed about temperature controlled storage environment. I can now only hope my things will be returned in same condition at the end of storage term! It appears a lot of reviews online are made at initial storage stage. Do note!
