I can only speak for my experience with BOXIE24 Den Haag, but this has been the worst possible experience with a self storage company, and any company for that matter. I have found BOXIE24 Den Haag, and members of staff, to be highly unprofessional, untrustworthy and they have recently returned my items in a severely damaged condition, with well over €1000 worth of damage, in addition to sentimental photos and items. I first used BOXIE24 Den Haag for long term storage in February 2022, and was initially attracted to their competitive pricing and communication in English. I first had issues with BOXIE24 Den Haag, when price increases were made to my arranged storage fee, without any form of explanation or communication to me, via email, telephone or text. I also had issues with the legitimacy of storage space dimension increases, when I needed to add more items. I studied the storage space dimensions detailed on their website, and it seemed apparent that I was being charged for a greater storage space than was required for my items. I made requests to visit my stored items at the Den Haag self storage facility, which were denied, as was my request for physical proof that the storage space was accurate, and not on 'their word'. I found it very unusual that a customer was not able to visit the self storage unit, to view how their items were being stored, the suitability of the facilities, and to determine if the quoted storage space dimensions were true. Early complaint emails were sent to Michael Delye, who I found to be dismissive of my justified concerns. This was until I explained that I would be registering a complaint with de Gischillencommissie and the CEO of BOXIE24, Mr Gerrit Jan Reinders. A 'good will' gesture was made by Michael Delye to myself, whereby I would no longer need to make payment for my self storage, for a period of over a month, including free return delivery of my items, if I did not register a complaint against the company. Due to my ongoing very poor experiences with BOXIE24 Den Haag, I wanted to no longer use them, and this seemed like an adequate resolution. That was until I saw the state of my items that were returned on 8th September 2023. A medium value wooden coffee table and TV stand were so badly scratched and dented that not even Kringloop would accept them, numerous picture and print frames were scratched and cracked, metallic items were rusted, and sentimental pictures and books were faded and seemingly exposed to a high moisture environment. I hugely regret not doing a detailed inventory, and taking before and after photos of the items that were stored with BOXIE24 Den Haag, as I would most certainly be taking further action against this disgraceful company. I very rarely write negative reviews, and have nothing to gain from this, but the experience and level of 'service' has been so awful, I would like to warn new and existing customers of this company's practices. I implore all customers who need to use BOXIE24 to do a detailed inventory and breakdown of the condition of your items, to take photographs of your items before they go into storage, and to ask BOXIE24 for physical proof of how they will be storing your items, including accurate measurements of the storage dimensions, so that you are not overcharged. It's a real shame to have to write such a negative review, but my experience with BOXIE24 has been hugely damaging, expensive, disrespectful and untrustworthy.

Pluspunt: Lage prijzen dat is wel fijn! Het kon heel snel geregeld worden. Minpunt: Je heb zelf geen toegang tot de self-storage. dit staat ook niet duidelijk vermeld op de website. Telefonisch is mij verteld dat ik dan bij self-storage moet zijn want dit is alleen voor opslag. 🙄I'm confused 🙄 Contactpersoon M waarmee ik mail verkeer had, daarmee ging de communicatie tussen collega's helaas niet zo soepel, dat heeft mij doen beslissen op de dag van de afspraak het contract meteen te beëindigen. Gelukkig was de chauffeur wel aardig en begripvol.

Meubel kapot afgeleverd thuis. De ingehuurde verhuizer van Boxie24 gaf toe dat hij bij het inladen het Meubel had laten vallen waardoor er schade was ontstaan. Boxie24 wilde niets weten van een schadevergoeding voor de door hen gemaakte schade. Erg klantonvriendelijk. Een tweede meubel wat in de opslag stond was in eerste instantie ontvreemd en later onder juridische dreiging kwam het meubel alsnog tevoorschijn en werd geleverd. Pas op met uw spullen daar op te slaan. 1 ster was nog eigenlijk te hoog als waardering. Ik zal niemand dit bedrijf aanraden om daar wat op te slaan. PAS OP !

Im Mai 2022 musste ich meine Möbel einlagern, da die Baufirma, bei der ich meine Eigentumswohnung kaufte, nicht mit dem Bau fertig wurde. Auf der Internetseite wird mit kostenloser Abholung geworben. Das war die erste Enttäuschung. Die Abholung kostete mich 700 Euro für 20 qm Raum. Das stünde in den AGBs, wurde mir gesagt. Ich sollte alles sehr gut einpacken. Wochenlang habe ich alles eingepackt. Mehrmals habe ich in dieser Zeit mit der Firma telefoniert und gefragt, ob ich zum Beispiel Gartenmöbel auch einzeln einpacken soll usw. In dieser Zeit waren alle freundlich und beschwichtigten ihre eigenen AGBs. Ich hatte ein gutes Gefühl bis die Möbel abgeholt wurden. Sie gingen mit meinen Möbeln so ruppig um, dass ich am liebsten den Vertrag sofort gekündigt hätte. Aber die Zwänge hinderten mich daran. Ich rief in der Firma an und beschwerte mich, aber selbstverständlich hatten sie bis zu meinem Anruf noch nie eine Beschwerde erhalten, zum Totlachen. Dann wurde mir auf Nachfrage mitgeteilt, dass die Möbel keineswegs in meinem Stadtteil untergebracht sind, sondern in Niedersachsen. Ich könne aber jederzeit hin und mir Sachen rausholen. Alles quatsch. Sie reden alles schön. Anfang August 2023 sollten meine Möbel wieder zurückgebracht werden. Dieses Mal kostet es mich 900 Euro. An dem Tag sollte ich ja laut AGB alles durchsehen und Schäden mit Foto reklamieren. Das war nur teilweise zu schaffen. Trotzdem habe ich alles, was ich bis dahin entdeckt hatte per Mail gemeldet. Es folgten viele Mails hin und zurück. Sie haben dann behauptet, dass ich meine Möbel nicht ausreichend gesichert hätte. Meine Fotos mit verpackten Möbeln wurden ignorieret. Sie schickten mir angebliches Beweisfoto von meinen Gartenmöbeln und andere Dinge, die alle übereinander auf einer Europalette gestapelt waren. Sie konnten kein einziges ordentliches Beweisfoto liefern. Sie wollten einfach nicht die vielen Schäden an meinen antiken Möbeln anerkennen. Es fehlten auch Regalböden und andere Dinge. Auch das haben sie ignoriert. Leider meldete die Baufirma, die meine Wohnung gebaut hatte genau in dieser Zeit auch noch Insolvenz an, so habe ich überhaupt keine Zeit, um mich zu kümmern. Sie sollen sich lieber nicht sicher fühlen, das kommt noch. Ich habe für alle Gespräche Zeugen. Die Schäden sind inklusive Verpackung fotografiert. So eine Firma braucht kein Mensch. Nie wieder BOXIE24. Vielleicht funktionieren sie, wenn Mann nur ein paar Kisten hat, aber sicher nicht, wenn ein ganzer Haushalt untergebracht werden muss. An mir haben sie gut Geld verdient. Ich kann nur vor dieser Firma warnen. So viele Möbel und andere Gegenstände habe ich mit Schäden oder einfach gebrochen wiederbekommen. Daumen runter.

HORROR SERVICE; STAY AWAY Terribly unprofessional company in the Netherlands. They let us down on the last minute, just few hours before we had to vacate our rented flat. We had made arrangements and set an appointment date for pick up more than two weeks in advance. Also had paid storage space for full 3 months in advance. We were told to wait from 9 am to 3 pm on collection date which we did. After waiting for hours and no one showing up, we reached out to the company to ask for updates and an estimated time. Closer to 4 pm we still had no news at all when and if they were going to pick up the boxes. The working hours were about to finish, and Understandably we were worried of further delays. We didn't have much flexibility as we had to vacate the property the morning after. There was someone responding to us via email and phone who was absolutely rude, arrogant, and worst of all, lying to us. This is Someone who should be fired on the spot for how he treats customers and clearly unable to do the job. Apparently the same guy name is mention in comments below. Instead of trying to find a solution and do a phone call to the pick up drivers to get an estimated time of arrival, he was repeatedly threatening to cancel our booking, on the last minute, perfectly aware of our situation. He claimed he couldn't get in touch with the driver to find out when they would arrive but was perfectly able to cancel the appointment just because he decided to do that. Completely unreliable service, creating extreme distress and financial damage. Avoid at all cost. Its shameful how they treat the client and get away with threatening Update: after exchanging consecutively with the company, to my surprise, they are proud of their failure to deliver and even applaud the threating and intimidating attitude of their staff. The company believes it has no obligations whatsoever to explain the service to be provided to the clients. Furthermore the company expects the client to be forbidden to even dare asking for information. They failed to deliver, have disregarded how difficult and stressful can the process of vacating a property ve and have been inventing unbelievable excuses to get away with it. At this point of the interaction I am simply left speechless. Do a favour to your self and keep far away from boxie24

Great at selling their product but huge failure at following up. Boxie24 was super eager to calling me almost every day while trying to have me purchase their service. They failed coming to pick up my things within the promised timelines. While calling their number I’d get someone telling me he doesn’t know when the pick up will happen and I should sit and wait no matter how late they come. I get it in the Netherlands people are straight forward. Not even checking with the pick up comlany and telling me to basically f.. off instead is plain stupid and pretty annoying. I’ll keep calling instead and checking up on you every coulle of days because now I’m worried where my stuff is going to be stored. Got it?

I had an amazing experience with Boxie! It literally saved me so much stress and pressure around moving. I also saved a lot of money with a removalist also, very affordable overall. I booked a week in advance, was called 40 minutes before they arrived at my place and the delivery guys were super helpful. I also received an email once my items were safely stored in their facilities. I would definitely recommend Boxie for anyone needing storage and a removalist!

Kundenorientierung ein absolutes Fremdwort! Zugang zum Lager nahezu unmöglich, nur nach super herausfordernder Absprache mit Lagermitarbeitern und Zentrale. Zentrale bestätigt Zugang und Uhrzeit, dann kommt die Ansage vom Lagermitarbeiter, Zugang nicht möglich. Zugang ausschließlich möglich, wenn es den Mitarbeitern vor Ort zeitlich passt, die allerdings fast nie Zeit haben. Wenn’s dann mal zeitlich passt, werden in der Zentrale Zeiten zugesagt, Zugang von 8 bis 14Uhr, um 13 Uhr kommt der Lagermitarbeiter ums Eck und sagt, dass sie jetzt Feierabend machen und ich gehen muss. Kam mehrmals vor! Zusätzlich muss jeder Besuch im Lager bezahlt werden. Absolute Frechheit! Es wird versucht an allen Ecken und Enden Geld rauszuschlagen und das nicht zu knapp. Sehr hohe Einlagerungs- und Auslagerungsgebühren. Rechnungen werden versucht doppelt abzukassieren, Fehler passieren, aber mal eine Entschuldigung, Fehlanzeige. Ich bin absolut enttäuscht und froh, dass keine Ware mehr im Lager von Boxie24 liegt. Niemals wieder!

Mijn ervaring met Boxie 24 storage is voortreffelijk!!! Hele aardige jongeman aan de telefoon gehad die een goede prijs voor ons regelde. Ook de jongens die onze spullen kwamen halen waren super vriendelijk!! Ik raad Boxie24 zeker aan!!!
