The earrings look like in the picture, just seem a bit smaller than expected. They are very beautiful and look well-made. They also came in a fancy pouch and a gift box, great presentation.

Purchased a $625 bracelet that was too large. I went in exchange it for a smaller size. They would not offer free shipping for exchanges. Since I had to pay to send it back, I just returned it. They lost a substantial sale due to their exchange policy.

The shopping experience was easy on line, but I purchased the garnet ring. The first time I wore it the red on the ring rubbed off on my finger. I am disappointed in the quality of the stone.

I was so excited to get my bezel-set diamond necklace. But the points on the back of the diamonds extend past the bezel and poke into my skin. It's a very uncomfortable $5,000 necklace. Unfortunately I am unlikely to get much use out of it.

The "turquoise " stone has a dark "blob" on it. It looks like they painted it and I'm not happy with it. I would like to return and exchange it. Maybe another piece will look better. I have pictures of it if there's a way to upload.
