I was very disappointed in the emerald in the ring I ordered. The gold work was beautiful, the emerald looks more like a cheap jade.

I oringinally thought this was a scam because my packege did not arrive. However it was delayed because of an address mix up on my part. Honey Bees contacted me and explained the mix up and handle my order with total professionalism. In addition even though it was my mistake they sent an extra gift of matching earings to go with the bee neckless. Hat's off to this formable company doing the right thing.

Nightmare! The bracelet clasp button broke off instantly when trying to put the brand new $3500 bracelet on my wife’s wrist for the first time upon opening.

I love the earrings and the necklace, though a bit pricey, is also lovely. The red Jade ring with a garnet was not what I expected. The jade is more a deep orange than red...in my opinion. I am considering returning it.

Photo makes the side stones appear blue and larger. In fact they are clear and not shiny at all. The whole ring is much smaller/narrower than it appears in photo. Very disappointed for the first time with Ross-Simons.

Bought my wife the snake ring for her birthday. It was stolen two weeks later. It was that desirable. It was one of the only items she wanted replaced. I ordered and received it in less than a week. She is thrilled and no longer focusing, as much, on the theft of a lot of her favorite jewelry.
