I love these beautiful red garnet earrings. They are set in luscious gold and are just what I wanted. I was concerned because another reviewer had mentioned something about them being small but I believe these are the perfect size for me. I love that they are leverback earrings as well. Just delighted with my purchase!

Quality products and reasonable prices

Ring wasn't comfortable for me. However, after being spoiled by Amazon easy returns, RS is more than I want to do. Gave the ring away, and won't order from RS in the future. All the other item I ordered in the past worked well for me.

The product was lovely but I was ordering a replacement under the Extend program. They only reimbursed me for the amount I originally paid but the price of the item has increased by about $30 so I had to pay more for the replacement.

The earrings are lovely and minimal, but the push backs were so tight that I have a hard time getting the earrings on and off.

Your orders always arrive on time. I am always pleased with my orders. I think this will be perfect for my pendent!

I love the peridot ring.

I ordered two items. One was a pair of pearl earrings and pearl fell off on second time worn. The other was a ring. It was the wrong size so I paid to ship it back to you and asked for next size (note that I did call customer service to let them know that I was exchanging for next size). I was given a refund as it was sold out (after I paid to return).

I received a bracelet as a gift from Ross & Simon, I called & emailed the company to ask if I can return the bracelet & get a credit so I can pick something else out. They insisted I give them an order# and persons email, I told them I do not have the order # nor do I want the person who gave me the gift notified that iam returning their gift! They would not do anything for me! That terrible customer service… I will not buy from this company ever again!
