It was great. Patrick was very competent and reassuring. He came and showed me curtain samples and made measurements. He was back in a couple of so weeks with the new curtains and put them up after renewing the fittings. It has transformed my flat into a snuggery. It was marvellous not having to do any of it myself. Very pleased with my cafe style shutters. Both the sales consultant and fitter were both efficient and knowledgeable. Downside had to pay in full then waited four months before fitting! In meantime Hillary's advertising bon TV after I had paid,to say order now for delivery before Christmas!

Unfortunately had so many problems.1 blind had a support cord missing,all 4 blinds are too long and not made to measure but have been told they put in extra slats incase any break?Also1 blind is wonky. The blind with the support cord missing was replaced and made shorter to fit properly but the other problems we were basically told it is what it is and they really couldn't see any more they could do apart from me sending photos which I had already done.
