I’ve waited for nearly 3 months as they couldn’t get the material but were ok to take my money in full. The last date booked in for fitting , I waited in all day and no one turned up. Terrible service. Will never use them again.

I also have day/night blinds, perfect fit blinds and horizontal wooden blinds. Keith is so knowledgeable on which blinds suit which rooms. The curtains and blinds are top quality and are fitted to perfection! The service provided is also great - Keith comes to discuss options and measure up/quote. Had the first blind fitted in our large bay window facing south and after three years, no fading, no wearing, not threadbare as the blind we've just replaced in the other bay.. Good as new so it was a no brainer to go back to Hilarys for the other window and we're very happy with it. It can be expensive but you get what you pay for. Paul (117923) has measured and fitted both blinds and we found him to be professional, knowledgeable and efficient in what he does and we thank him.

United Kingdom | 22 February 2025We had some shutters and blinds fitted recently, we had a fitting slot between 12pm - 6pm little did we know they can arrive at anytime between this!!! Arriving at 3.45pm and not finishing until nearly 8pm! This is totally unacceptable when we have a 3 year old to arrange bed time around etc. but apparently as they arrived in the allotted time it’s ok, so be prepared for your fitting to potentially be 5.30 until 9.30! Really poor service and expected more from a company like Hillary’s, shame really as the shutters are good and would like more but not after the experience we had.

United Kingdom | 22 February 2025I am so upset and frustrated about my shutters. After ordering in May, they were finally fitted in November. However when they arrived they do not fully fit the window. I have been waiting since November 2024 for the spare part to arrive. Everytime I email, I am told the part is delayed and a fitter will contact me shortly. I have tried to request speaking to management only to be told they don’t have a contact number for them. It is incredibly time consuming to email constantly for a date for the part to get fobbed off with the same reasons and no date of fitting.
