On moving to my new home I really needed some help on deciding what to do with the 3 bedroom windows. Hilarys helped me make the right decision, fantastic shutters that were professionally measured and then installed by Believer - 118866. I really couldn't be more pleased with them, and Richard helped me understand all the workings after the install.

Our measurer and fitter, Craig was professional, friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

Our advisor Neutral (118770) was polite and helpful during our initial conversation, displaying extensive knowledge of the product and enabled us to select the best blinds for our needs. After our order was placed, there were regular updates on the progress of our order. First appointment & measurements taken in November with delivery & fitting for 21st Feb. Langdale 216247 kept us aware of the progress of the shutters. The quality of the fitting & product is outstanding, two square bay windows, clean & modern.

Simon was professional and matched our new door blind to the existing window blind. I was kept up to date on my order including what time he would be arriving to survey and fit the blind.

Advisor No. 215233 once again visited us for this order having used Hillary's several years ago. His description and samples of the product made our decision less difficult to choose a way forward. Communication was excellent throughout with forward planning delivery /fitting efficient. We are delighted with the end result.

Mr and Mrs Andover were very helpful from the start, explaining the different fabrics and blinds. Both were very knowledgeable and made the decisions easy, On the day of fitting John and Li were very punctual and respectful of our property. Paul 119949 fitted my elderly mum’s blinds & she wanted me to write the review & thank Paul for an excellent job in fitting her blinds which she if absolutely delighted with. Paul put overshoes on so that he did not mark my mother’s carpet which is a fantastic idea & she wishes more tradesmen would do the same. Paul was pleasant, polite & built a great rapport with my mum. He was quick, efficient & left no mess whatsoever. My mum is delighted with the blinds & Paul & rates his work & him first class.

Can’t recommend Steve Livingston highly enough not only was he incredibly punctual on both visits and completed all the work very efficiently but he was extremely helpful, friendly and didn’t hesitate when we asked advice. We highly recommend Hillarys and their team. They have been a pleasure from start to finish.

I would like to give 5 stars for my recent experience with Hillarys. My advisor who came out to me Laylasp ( Katherine Mcelroy ) Was excellent, she showed me all the shutters and gave me the best advice on which one I needed. The who process was easy and I was extremely impressed on what Hillary had to offer. I must say Katherine knew her stuff very well, what with the colour shutters I wanted and how I also wanted them to look in my home. I was also happy with the price as Katherine told me about the discount of that Hillarys had going on. She is a credit to your company first class customer service ,such a nice lady who is very helpful. Because of this service I will definitely be purchasing the rest of my shutters from Hillarys to do the rest of my house. And also telling family and friends, I would like to say thanks again to Katherine for all her help.
