From the first visit to the instal the service was great, Wanstall 118788(Damian) was very knowledgeable and helped me choose the right curtain and blind combination for our living room. The quality of the curtains and the electric blind are a fab addition to our home. Less than 3 weeks from order to installation, I can’t get over how quick it was. The install itself was done so quickly. I never expected that Damian would drill the holes for the blind put the blind up, hoover up the mess all within 15 minutes. Then he hung the curtains and took time to steam them. Amazing service and very affordable when bought in the sale.

On first enquiry by phone as we were treated efficiently and timely. The person who measured the blinds also fitted them, he was very courteous, efficient and never pressured a decision. The blinds were fitted expertly and are excellent and even nicer than we remembered.

He was on time for appointments and for the fittings and overall has done an excellent job for us. Being first time buyers we were a bit puzzled about everything but sadat has given us the best customer experience and excellent collection to choose from.

John Sandford was extremely helpful in resolving the problem I had with my electric blind. His instructions were very clear and he was very patient talking me through each step.

Very unhappy with the quality of product or the service provided. The curtains cost a lot of money and there are 4 obvious seams where pieces of fabric have been joined together and the pattern doesn’t match up. The seams are very obvious and I've never had an experience before where so many pieces of fabric needed to be stitched together to create one single curtain. None of this was explained pre-sale and I wouldn’t have made the order had I known what I would receive. Not worth the very high price. Communication was pretty poor between different departments and I’ve had no response to complaint I sent. I booked the service to take the hassle out of having to measure up correctly myself and organise for them to be made up but this has ended up more stressful and time-consuming.

Fantastic experience, I had a guy called Mark who did the initial consultation. He was very helpful, went through all my options and was very professional. I then had a guy called Ben who fitted the blinds who again was very helpful and did a lovely job. It was all done in a very timely manner and would definitely recommend this company.

Lovely couple of guys; turned up on time (in fact a smidge early), did exactly as required, plus fixed another small issue, tidied up, checked we were happy with everything, and left pretty much on time. All in all really good job and great products too.
