The agent Bravo 116495 ( Muz ) gave me a time and date for fitting and was here on time and fitted it without any mess or dust at all, very impressed by Bravo 116495 (Muz) and would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone, great product and great installation, all good.

We asked if he could adjust a tall roller blind that he had installed many, many years ago. No problem for him and he was happy to assist. We would highly recommend his service.

United Kingdom | 21 February 2025Despite eventually providing good quality curtains and rails, the overall service we received was horrendous. We were forced to wait 12 days after our original installation date, after our advisor vanished without any communication. We were only able to find out what was going on by continually having to chase and call Hillarys themselves (despite being told they'd call us with any updates) – their contact centre staff are polite and understanding but unable to assist in any sort of productive way. We recieved sarcastic comments from the advisor, Robert, about arranging payment, as we had gone above his head to gain a small goodwill gesture from Hillarys. He didn't particularly clean up well after installation. He also rushed us in the sign-off process and was in a rush to leave. We subsequently found one of our windows had been cracked quite seriously, which could have only occured during installation. Upon informing Hillarys of this, we were asked to source quotes from third-parties ourselves to fix the problem and fill out a damage claim form. This was then rejected by them and they stated "After lengthy examination of the events in question and in the absence of any supporting evidence ... I am sorry to inform you that, on this occasion we do not accept liability for the damage caused" – their process essentially was asking the advisor "did he do it?" to which he of course said no.
