Nigel/Advisor GIGGLE was amazing. Communication from him all the way through from his initial visit to measure and quote, through to fitting all our curtains and blinds was fab. Nigel gave us advice and tips the whole time we were deciding from the many lovely fabric options and styles. What I thought was really nice was that he dealt with us through the whole process. We didn’t have someone quoting and measuring and then someone else fitting. The house looks lovely and all fitted with care and no mess.

I had an amazing experience with Steve from Hillarys. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He showed me the different styles and sample’s Hillarys had to offer and gave me ideas where I was unsure what would suit my decor. The blinds are to a professional quality and standard. Blinds are fine but the fitter asked for cash to remove the old blinds and also left lots of mess , brick dust and plastic , on the floors

Our renewed conservatory looks great now! From initial sales visit in January with Annette to fitting by Tony last week the process has been smooth and trouble free. Annette guided us gently to the right decisions and friendly Tony has made a brilliant neat job of the installation. I purchased a blind from Hillary’s just under a year ago and recently it developed a fault and damaged the blind, I rang Hillary’s and was advised that I would receive a watsapp call the next day to be able to show the problem, Sophia called right on time and was amazing, she was very helpfull and arranged for the blind to be replaced, I had a follow up message to confirm everything, cannot fault them, even though our blind went wrong it would not deter me from buying in the future.
