Pete 114713 done a brilliant job installing our blinds. Very professional and tidy. Gave us an explanation on cleaning and operating. Very pleased.

The blind is back to front . The pull cord is on the inside of the blind , so I got to put my hand behind the blind to pull bling up , never again will I buy from Hilary’s and to think I was going to get my 4 windows done . So glad I didn’t .

Very positive experience throughout. During the initial consultation, my advisor, Phil Rose (117623), took the time to understand my requirements whilst providing plenty of useful guidance within those parameters. Curtains and blinds were then fitted to a high standard, and very happy with the results. At each stage, Phil was polite, punctual, and kept me updated on progress. Thank you!

The one fitter we had made a mess of the blind he did plus from the start of ordering the blind kept being delayed as parts where missing finally when fitted he did not tell us he had cut the rail and still had bits missing from the charger but we a another fitter do all the rest of the blinds who done a excellent job

Very satisfied with the blinds but not with the pricing up. First blind fitted in December second blind same size fitted in January but rep tried to charge £245 more than the first blind. Pricing is not consistent as Hilliarys do not employ their own reps but agents.

We had new blinds fitted to our bay windows. Kevin (Advisor SHINE 118834) was attentive to detail and always polite and helpful. Had a small issue with the levels on the windows due to the age of our property, but Kevin managed to sort the issue and went above and beyond to rectify the problem. Definitely recommend him and will hopefully be ordering further blinds in the near future.

Andy Hawkins (119885) was very professional through the whole process. He wasn't pushy like some salesman can be. When he was fitting the blinds he noticed one of our curtain poles wasn't straight, so he sorted that out. He didn't have to, but he did! Thank you Andy, the blinds look amazing.

I am extremely happy with the end result after choosing Hillary’s to supply and fit the blinds for my house. Austin (sales consultant) and Chandra (fitter) were both very helpful and professional. The process from end to end took longer than I expected due to one blind being missed off the order initially. I was rather disappointed as it was my living room blind and I had wanted it fitted for Christmas time. The missing blind was then rushed through the factory and the fitter arrived to install on Christmas Eve. Unfortunately, the tapes were not the correct colour and didn’t match the rest of the blinds. The fitter returned today (23rd Feb) to replace the living room blind and it is now the correct blind. Many thanks to the fitter who has now been to my house on 3 separate occasions. Chandra was extremely helpful and reassured me that he would ensure I was completely satisfied with the blinds. The end result is great quality blinds, professionally fitted and 100% customer satisfaction. I appreciate that things can go wrong, but the way Hillary’s have reacted and rectified the situation shows they are a great company.

Bravo 116495 Excellent service from Muz. We have used Hillarys blinds on a few occasions, and Muz has always done the job perfectly. He's very friendly and offers help choosing the correct blinds. I would highly recommend Muz.
