We started out looking at another to brand BBQ and after comparing different models from different brands we made our decision to go with our ique regal 490. The BBQ arrived on schedule, the package was undamaged and the delivery driver was very pleasant. We are going to be buying some accessories for our new BBQ and of course nothing but Broil King brand, we love the quality. We now use our BBQ more than our stove. My husband calls himself the Broil King,I haven't figured out if I'm the Broil Queen or the Court Jester.

Speedy delivery!

The regulator for the weber BBQ worked as advertised. Product was back ordered so took an extra few weeks but was delivered as promised. The delivery notifications on the day of delivery included the route map for the truck with updates.

Fast shipping and parts arrived nice and whole. Have not tried out the smoker since replacing the temperature sensor but should work great I hope.

I ordered everything on line everything was stocked but after I payed the next day I got a email saying that most of my Oder was back order I think they need to review the inventory more a little disappointed
