I love this store. I'm fairly new to smoking and Marc has been amazing every time I come to the store. He is friendly and knowledgeable. He helped me pick out my new Traeger Ironwood 650 and the few accessories I needed. He didn't try to upsell me. Just helped me get what i need. I'll be back.

Part ordered was on back order..no problem….weeks went by without any update…I had to contact them for an update….was told it was on back order and I would get it soon…..bottom line….communication should be better

One item I ordered was shown to be “in stock”. After placing the order I received an email that the item was on back order and would be delayed. This was bad enough but then my whole shipment was held back for a couple months until the one item came in. The other items should have been shipped immediately. And now that bbq season is over I have my parts. No problem with the parts once received.

My experience both past and present were and are excellent no need to shop elsewhere

I was apprehensive about ordering from the internet but everything went really smooth. The part for my BBQ fit just like the original. The part arrived after only three days, was packed really well and was exactly what I had ordered. I an very happy with my experience.

People working at BBQing are very courteous and helpfull. Also the vent cap works great.

I ordered an item for an old BBQ and they were still able to get the part! The only problem is that I needed to reach out to learn that the item would take longer to arrive than initially expected....if they had been more proactive and reached out to me with this information I would have given them 5 stars.
