The second order in the row does not indicate out-of-stock during the process. Wait 2 weeks for the first, now get an e-mail about 5 weeks for the second one. Not a way to get return clients. Sorry

I went to the store, which is 45 minutes away, they didn't have the item in stock, but my fault I was looking online and I had the wrong item. Told me they could order it and I would have it in a few weeks, were very honest about it. I said I would check elsewhere and order online if I couldn't find it right away. After a few unlucky visits in the other BBQ stores in the area, I ordered it online, I was surprised the shipping was very competitive for the Gatineau area. I got an email shortly after saying there would be a delay, as I was told in store, but not too long after I got the package at the door. With such low shipping unless I need something on the same day I'll definitely be ordering online instead of wasting time driving around town.
