Huge delay (2 months) to get my order even if payment was put on my credit card; When I called to find out what was the problem, I have been told that it was not under your control (supplier problem), but you took the payment and made no follow-up to explain to me the problem; Meanwhile, I have received a lot of junk mail (publicity) from you; Hopefully this is the last email that I have received from you as I completed the unsubscribing procedure!

I cannot speak to the longevity of this product as it is still in the infancy stages of use. I can say however that we are very happy thus far with the quality, performance and features of the grill. The service from BBQ.com was excellent. We received the grill a day or 2 earlier I believe then originally scheduled and the packaging was solid. The driver was very nice and accommodating. We had an electrical supply challenge shortly after assembly and after contacting customer service at BBQ.com the rep was very helpful and even sent pics of how the showroom grill was connected and we were able to determine the issue which turns out was our own oversight. Very happy with the entire experience so far. We have asked for a new set of booklets(operating manual) etc. We had a spill and ours are ruined. We have not received them. Wrong date of experience, it was in June. I really love my new bbq, it’s just that it took a lot longer than what we expected to receive it. I do understand that it was at the height of the season.

Although the parts were back ordered the wait was worth it. Turned my Big Green Egg into a pizza oven. Wedges and stone worked as advertised.

We compared to the big box stores and it was similar pricing, with a personal touch and service. Had it delivered at home. Very positive experience.
