Brilliant service! My ancient range cooker has been fixed within 48 hours of calling, highly recommended

Engineer came out next day to repair our Bosch dishwasher..... was telephoned & sent a text to tell me he was on route. Engineer very helpful, excellent service.

The only reason this gets one star is that there is no option for no stars. Call out charge of £108 for a wine cooler and £93 X 2 for 2 tumble dryers. Engineer said new elements were required for each dryer (which was not unexpected) but when he looked at them he said both were 2 men jobs so he couldn't fix them. Said we would have to ask for another call out but with 2 people so the call out would be another £93 per dryer plus £70 per dryer for the extra person plus the cost of the element - so about £250 more per dryer in addition to the initial £93. Also said he could not fix cooler. Spent longer doing his invoices that on the work. A complete rip off - avoid at all costs. £294 spent for absolutely nothing.

1st class repair of AGA cooker and washing machine in one visit by Gary. Phoned bank holiday Monday, fixed the next day.

The Engineer was able to identify the problem quickly and explained it clearly. During the 2nd visit once the appropriate part had been purchased it was fitted quickly and tested to ensure it was working. The whole process was extremely efficient.

Great service and Stuart very professional. Delay in getting parts required but with the current global situation I dont really see that as an issue. Would recommend.

Fantastic service. From organising appointment to Engineer completing repair. One of the few companies that actually provide services advertised online. From the rubbish advertised from other companies stating same day service to will be there within hour Story. Will definitely store number and recommend. Everything stated as advertised. In addition to being able to actually speak to a person rather then leave unreturned messages.

Stuart was great but the appointment kept changing which was slightly frustrating. Especially as we had waited for the part for two weeks.

There were problems with my order, but thanks to the Sales manager, these were sorted out and a new fridge freezer was installed very quickly. The engineers did a fantastic job on an extremely hot day and were courteous and helpful. I will certainly use this company again

I was very pleased with your engineer, Charley. He checked my cooker and found the fault very quickly and removed the damaged element and replaced the element. He was very polite and friendly.

The engineer, Charlie, was very efficient and polite, and dealt efficiently with fixing the blocked pump in my washing machine, tested the machine, and gave me good guidance on usage for the future. Highly recommended.

I had my Aga serviced today and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From making the appointment to him arriving was very quick and he let me know when he would arrive which is always a bonus rather than waiting for someone to turn up. Washing Machine Repair - took nearly 3 weeks to get pump and seal parts which I thought to be too long but the engineer who finally installed the parts required was a real pleasure to have in my house. Polite, clean and very good at explaining to me what had happened, really happy with Stuart (engineer number either 11S of 118 can't quiet make it out on my copy) I would highly recommend him and I hope that future customers have such a good engineer visiting them each time - the 5 stars are for this final engineer that came out.
