Poor experience! Bad service! Stay away from Capital Repair company. They will trick you and make money. Engineer on his 1st visit asked for fridge parts replacement and said the fridge will work fine after that, I replaced it paying for the parts. The fridge didn’t work and I had to rebook engineer’s visit. On second visit, he examined and said the other part not working and asked me to replace that too. The other part quote was so expensive that I could have got a new fridge/freezer in that price. If the ‘engineer’ who is a ‘specialist’ who charged £85 for first visit just to identify the problem would have informed me the real cost to fix the fridge at his 1st visit. I would have not gone ahead. But instead, I was duped! Now they are not refunding for the part which is not required in the fridge. This whole process took 4 weeks and still the fridge is not working. Pls stay away from Capital Repair!

Our Bertazzoni gas burner developed a fault and Capital repairs was recommended. An engineer check the hob and established that a new gas valve was needed which he ordered. Once the new part arrived an engineer from Capital repairs came to install a new gas valve and worked very professionally to get the hob burner working. I would definitely recommend Capital Repairs for all your appliances as I found they to be on time, polite and professional! However, I must stress that the part ordered by Capital repairs was not genuine Bertazzoni to my knowledge, however, the engineer had to work around by removing the electromagnetic switch from the new part and fit it into the existing gas valve. At the end of the day the gas hob was repaired and functions well. This gives further confidence that Capital repairs will resolve the issue no matter what. Thank you!

Excellent service from a very pleasant experienced and knowledgeable engineer. He was able to sort our dishwasher fault in a timely manner and offer advice on maintaining our other appliances as he worked!! Very happy.

if i could give this company no stars thats what they would get not only did it take them 6 months to fix my washing machine but tonight 12/11/2021 i had a repair man come fix my COOKER HANDLE and he smashed my cooker door when i said what am i meant to do with no cooker to fed my kids he laughed and said not my problem we should have a new cooker door in 14 days what a joke woese experience ever

The engineer was excellent: very helpful and informative. I would say though that we could have been told we were the last call of the day so that we could have had a more productive morning.

Excellent engineer, knew what the problem was before he even got here and had pre-ordered the part. Only thing that I’d say could be improved is communication with customer services as my appointment was rescheduled for the following day and I wasn’t notified. Other than that, very happy with the service.

Really good engineer. 15 minutes in total. Replaced faulty selection switch. Really nice man. Text before arrival so no problem. Thankyou very much. All in all a good service. Shame about previous bookings not happening but its done now thanyou. Mr guy Roughton.

I couldn’t recommend Captial Repairs more highly, not only did they fix my washing machine but the engineer gave me loads of advice and tips for my other appliances around the house while he did it! He even tightened my leaky tap at no extra cost. A 5* service, that I’ll definitely be using again. Thank you!

A Dyson vacuum cleaner needed a new drive band. The quote was not cheap but included a full service. The engineer phoned to talk about the (good) condition of the machine but explain in a helpful manner that a replacement filter would be sensible. This needed ordering as the machine was quite old but they phoned and emailed when the job was done. Excellent service.

Both the engineers were thorough with their work and very pleasant.

My only grumble was a timing issue - I was expecting an engineer mid-morning and he didn't arrive until 1.00pm.But when he did I was very impressed with Stuart's service, explanations and professionalism. Stuart also replaced my oven element 2 months ago and I was impressed with him then which is one of the reasons I used Capital Repairs again

I was notified of the engineers arrival and Salah was very professional and fixed the problem immediately, replacement part was needed so on 2nd visit installed and working perfectly fine now.
