Very happy with my gas oven repair. Gary was friendly and efficient despite my challenging kitchen layout. Would highly recommend.

Our oven broke so I called Capital Repairs, the company were very quick to get an engineer out here to review the problem. Unfortunately within 30 seconds of the engineer looking at the issue he informed me it would be cheaper to buy a new oven, we were still charged the full service total of £108 however so feel pretty hard done by given paying this took longer than the actual work done.

On time, professional, friendly and efficient -cannot fault them!

Capital Repairs provided excellent service throughout and I would highly recommend them. My dishwasher broke down just before Christmas and within 2 days they were able to supply and fit a new dishwasher for me. They took care of every aspect from selecting a suitable replacement dishwasher, fitting the new one and taking away the old one. It was hassle free.

The delivery team were courteous and obliging but failed to check that the fridge door keeps closing spontaneously.

Repairing service too slow.first visit the engineer came he hasn’t got the parts. So I have to wait one week more . Is total wasting of time . Poor communication and service.

We had the best experience with Capital Repairs, Marcel not only fixed our oven but he also gave us great advice for all of our other appliances! He was efficient, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. We will definitely request for him to return next time :)

Excellent service. Fitted a new dishwasher that I had ordered. Arrived promptly, both engineers were professional, polite and tidy. This is the third white good item they have fitted for me in the last six months - the others being a washing machine and a tumble dryer that they supplied. Highly recommended for repairs, supply and fit.

Service was good and call out charge was acceptable. However they charged us 3x the cost of a spare part which wasn't fair or expected. They should advise customers of the way they charge for spare parts upfront so everything is clear and transparent.

Both guys worked well and coped with a tricky installation.Véry polite and clean in their work.
