Caple wine cooler stopped chilling the wine ( 1st world problems!) Nobody locally would repair it so phoned Caple who gave me the number of Capital Repairs. They were brilliant from the off, prompt, courteous and efficient. Stuart the first engineer came out and identified the issue - two faulty evaporators. He was a pleasure and explained in detail what would need doing. Just over a week later the second engineer arrived with the parts which he fitted and re-gassed the system. We now have chilled wine and beer and at a fraction of the replacement cost. Well done Capital. As a businessman I always admire a well run company.

Brilliant company from start to end. Service desk answers calls instantly. Adrian was friendly and knowledgeable when booking call. So was Gary the service engineer who arrived to fix the problem. Very honest company. Another engineer thought I had leaky gas valves. Avoided expensive repairs to my Rangemaster as Gary confirmed no gas leaks.

I received a First class service from this Cow. The process from start to finish was An Excellent Customer Service. When you booked the appointment the person who booked explained the process and when Jason came to assess and fit the part which was ordered and received and my oven was foxed all within a week Jason was very polite and professional and explained what the problem with oven was and showed me the part that was causing the issue. Fantastic service from Capital Repairs. Single call out fee so I knew in advance how much I would be paying (plus parts). Marcel was polite and professional - he diagnosed the problem with our oven immediately and had the appropriate part in his van. While he was there he gave me excellent advice on some of my other appliances and how to look after my oven in the future. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend and I will certainly use them again in the future.

My John Lewis induction hob developed a error 9 fault. I contacted Capital Repairs and they arranged for engineer to assess the fault. The engineer confirmed that the control panel needed to be replaced. Today the same engineer ‘Zolfe’ returned with the new part. Zolfe showed me the the old control panel and you could see a slight burn which had caused the hob to malfunction. I’m very happy with the service provided.

Engineer provided a 5 star service. I did have to call Capital to actually book an appointment considering the person I spoke to on Friday before appointment said a note would be put on their system for some to contact me as soon as the part was received, as I was without a cooker every time I turned on the cooker it would 'trip' all the electricity in the house.
