A truly great shopping experience. I visited the baker street location and was immediately greeted by Shrujal. He was very helpful to a novice like myself and explained all about the knives, showed me a whole range and was proud to share his knowledge. It was a very good experience and I was able to pick out some knives that suited my style. Not only did I get the knives I wanted but I learnt how to care for them and allot of information on other better quality products which I can one day add to my collection. Coming from New Zealand there is limited options for buying this quality of product. And it was clear to see how passionate the entire team was, we engaged in discussions about good value products and the physical difference in the steel, and I was also able to chip to vegetables to feel the difference for myself…. The potatoes split like warm butter!! A big thanks to Shrujal and the team there! I would certainly recommend a visit to anyone who’s interested in quality Japanese knives or those who want to start a hobby collection like myself. I know I will be visiting again when I’m back in London!

The quality of the knives are excellent. These items are made with great care and using the best materials. The variety should meet all culinary needs. Pricing very reasonable for specialist items. Assistance with purchase is very attentive and informative and makes the whole experience a pleasure. I would highly recommend these products.
