Very easy to buy what I needed (ceramic, water wheel) knife sharpner. Prompt response on phone for help choosing the right model.

Helpful, knowledgable and friendly. The seller even provided a potato and chopping board to try the knives. This helped me make my choice However, there’s only one free sharpening of my purchased knife, thereafter I will have to pay. I would recommend this seller more strongly if the service were free. After all, the knives are pricey, many of which can be bought more cheaply elsewhere It doesn’t cost him a penny to sharpen free, time yes but most customers won’t bother to make the trip, so it’s not as though he’d be inundated with knives to work on I think it’d be a nice touch that would be appreciated and in turn garner repeat purchases or at the very least, recommendations by happy customers For this reason it’s a 4 star rating.
