Cannot fault my experience with Motofix. I chose to go to them rather than my insurer’s “approved repairer” because they’re approved by my manufacturer (which the approved repairer were not) and also had far better reviews than the questionable company my insurer wanted me to use. This takes a little more admin and the insurer made me wait a bit longer for approval and pay for my own hire car because I chose my own repairer but it was worth it. Work was completed to the best standard, you’d have no idea there was even ever a chip on my car. Every part of the process was made as simple as possible - assessment booked in on the same day as calling, quote provided to insurance company that same day, arranged for my car to be picked up from home and courtesy car provided, kept in the loop at every stage without even having to pester for an update. They even capped the cost of my hire car at 5 days rather than the 11 days I ended up having it. Everyone you deal with is friendly, helpful and empathetic to the fact people are anxious and stressed when they’ve had an accident - you know you’re in safe hands. They clearly take both customer service and the quality of their work seriously. I hope to never have to use a repair shop again, but if I do I’ll be coming back here. Thank you!

My car recently had its front bumper repaired and my insurance company arranged it through Motofix in Oxford. I was really impressed by their customer service and quality of work carried out. I particularly appreciated the fact that they knew immediately that Saturday morning drop off of my vehicle would suit me better as a school teacher, and that someone was prepared to wait after 5pm for me to pick up my car again when I was stuck in traffic. They also kept me regularly updated on the progress with my vehicle and the work has been carried out to a high standard.

Everyone I spoke to were so helpful and friendly. Just what you need to reduce the stress of getting your car fixed! Lots of updates throughout the time the car was getting fixed.

I recently took my car to Motofix Northampton for body repair after a minor accident, and I was really happy with the service. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly and welcoming. Although it took a bit longer than I anticipated by due to some delays, they kept me updated and prioritised to make my car ready just in time for holiday. Overall I had a great experience and would recommend!

We are delighted with the service we have received from Motofix Northampton. All of the Motofix team I have spoken with have been polite and friendly. Because of the size of our motor home it was necessary to move it from our parking in Buckinghamshire to Northampton for the repair. Motofix arranged both collection and return. Both were carried-out promptly with the repair and return on time as promised. The repair is excellent. 'Fit and Finish' are as new. The metallic paint match is again excellent. Indeed the repair and repaint cannot be detected. I would not hesitate to use Motofix again should we ever need repairs to one of our vehicles. In a 'nut shell' then, Motofix, 'Simply Fist Class'.

They kept in contact so the comms were okay, the repair looked fine. The main issue for me was the number of muddy footprints and hand prints internally in the car. It was pretty bad, especially the mats and the driver side door. Really bad state. The guy who dropped it back did put a new battery in my key so I appreciate that, just cannot get over the mud
