Motofix are a great repair centre. Extremely helpful staff on front desk and great to be able to check the status of the repair online.

Car collected when promised only kept it for a short time returned when promised looking like new inside and out very friendly people to talk to .

I am really , really pleased with my poor crashed VW Golf now it is back with me and driving , looking and feeling like new ! Very impressed and would highly recommend the team involved at each stage of the repair. I was worried it would never be the same again , I could not be happier ! . Thanks to all who were involved .

After having my car door keyed, my insurance company advised Motofix as as their preferred repairer. I have to say Motofix provided a 5 star service and repair. Staff excellent and courtesy car delivered and my car taken away. Very smooth transaction. Kept me informed at all time. The repair took less than they stated but quality EXCELLENT. I have no hesitation in recommending Motofix for any damage repairs.

They stuck to their word- it took a week as planned however no phone call updates or any phone calls to say it was ready. I had to ring twice to check. Luckily on the second occasion it was ready so I went to collect it. Only to find my wing mirror that was due to be replaced- was still my old damaged one… paint work job is good After 20 minutes of waiting they replaced it. So why didn’t they just replace it on the first place and save me all the stress and anger!?

Thank you Motofix Aldershot for the lovely repair to my Brand new Peugeot Boxer Auto-Sleeper Van conversion It got damaged less than 1 week old by a another Motorhome owner while it was parked at the Motorhome dealer However Tania helped me through the process from the beginning - I was very anxious due to it being a van conversion and a third party claim I was assured it would be fine and it certainly was ! Tania and Stephanie where very helpful and went above and beyond especially when dealing with Auto-Sleeper regarding the decals/stripes etc. Also I have to mention Alberto he did a great job in overseeing the repair and answering all my worries ! It required a new drivers door and mirror great job and a fantastic paint match. Thank you to the whole team these thing don’t happen without team effort! Would recommend Motofix in a heartbeat

Nothing but good things to say. Hit a deer with the car I just bought the other month and was gutted. Insurance company directed me here and the service I received was top quality. I was dealt with by Ed who made me feel like I was in excellent hands. He gave me regular updates on the repairs and did his upmost to ensure I had the car back as soon as they could in time for the bank holiday. A month later, I got myself some different mirror covers and indicator lights and needed them fitting. I phoned Motofix out of curiosity for availability and they offered to do it for free on the day as an apology for a minor coding issue way back when they worked on my car! (That they promptly fixed the next day too) Thanks to Ed’s professionalism and the high standard work of their technicians, they’ve definitely secured my future custom, and I will be recommending them to my friends for any work they need on their cars. This is the second time we have used Motofix and both time it’s been hassle free, the staff are easy to talk to and professional and took all the stress of dealing with insurance companies away and dealt with all of that for us. Highly recommend them and the quality of the finish was spot on!

Fantastic repair of a dented door. Assumed I would be able to see a difference in colour with being newly sprayed-- but no. Would never know. Service excellent, was kept up to date regularly. We'll done all at Exeter.

Although only a minor repair to the rear offside quarter panel, it has been done properly and the panel fits well with consistent parallel shut lines with the adjacent panel. Paint excellent too.

James at the Oxford branch gave me useful info on how to claim and I was updated regularly on the timescale during the repair. He also oversaw the repairs in a very efficient and thorough way and the end result was perfect. Good company - thoroughly recommended.

I had my car repaired by Motofix in High Wycombe. My Peugeot 208 was swiped by a Delivery van in May. My car was there within 5 days of the accident and by the end of the following week it was completed. Communication throughout the repair process was outstanding. Their customer service was excellent and I was kept in the loop throughout the repair. I honestly cannot fault the service I received. The quality repair of my vehicle is excellent.
