Very efficiently handled from their first contact with me all the way through to my car being dropped back after repairs. Kept me up updated with progress and I'm so happy with the repairs to my car, an excellent job!

Motofix kept to their commitment. They repaired my car on time and did all the things that they promised, to a high standard.

I accidentally argued with a sturdy bollard protecting a a local petrol pump, even though my sensors were screaming at me to avoid it! 14 years no claim, and one act of stupidity I am still kicking myself over! Anyway, my insurer told me not to be hard on myself, and hitched me up with Motofix. They fixed a date for August, but then found a spare window in July, so they collected my car, left me a nice automatic courtesy car, then did the job within 4 days (they did jump the gun by promising a return 2 days earlier - but they had got confused over 2 identical colours and models!). Superb job done, and very courteously. Just one piece of advice for their delivery staff - show me how to open the fuel filler cap on the courtesy car. Not even the internet could help me!

Fantastic service from collection to delivery. My car is my pride and joy. When I had a third party drive into my side, I was naturally gutted and apprehensive towards getting her fixed again. Should not of worried. Motofix Swindon took good care, they collected within an allocated time slot and kept myself regularly updated with communications. Once I received my vehicle back, again within the allocated time slot. It was apparent that much care and attention had been carried out with regards to the repairs. I am stunned with the finish and genuinely chuffed. Many thanks to all the staff at Motofix Swindon. A really professional service.

A different experience from what I'm used to elsewhere, they insisted on collecting and delivering the car and even worked around me - it felt luxurious and gave me so much time back (no train home ;). I also noticed that whoever I spoke to on the phone was friendly and happy, this was a nice change and refreshing as it can be stressful when you have to speak to people in a bad mood or who are short with you . The key thing though, the work done was high quality, I'm very pleased.

I can’t believe I am having to write this review. I have been a customer of Hastings for 3 years now, never once made a claim but back in JANUARY a third party went into the side of my car (so not even my fault) after endless emails, phone calls enterprise finally called and then passed me on to Motofix. This was in April so 4 months after the incident, the earliest date Motofix could get my car in was the 13th June! I needed a courtesy vehicle because of work commitments and from booking the 13th June in April until that date continuously tried to contact enterprise, Hastings and Motofix regarding getting a courtesy car to which no one wanted to get back to me, confirm or chase so as it got closer to the 13th June Motofix got back to me via email and suggested contacting Hastings…. I unfortunately and frustratingly had to cancel. I tried calling Motofix and even my partner left voice messages. No response, not even to reschedule. I have no idea where to turn now as it’s a lot of damage to my car and the third party has totally accepted fault. You insure your car for this reason but you can’t actually get anything resolved. 6 months on and my car is still damaged.

They will send you from pillar to post!….and act as if they doing you a favour for using their services…..

Motofix staff at High Wycombe kept me informed at all stages of the repair and were easy to contact. They contacted the insurance company on my behalf and negotiated all the work that was needed on the car. My car had to go to an approved dealer for electrical work to be carried out and, unfortunately, the dealer twice cancelled my booking. Although Motofix couldn't do anything about the cancellations they were very apologetic and arranged for my car to go to the dealer at the next possible times available. The bumps were straightened out and paintwork match impeccable!

Customer service attitude is aggressive I was made to feel I was the inconvenience because the paint work wasn't repaired to my satisfaction. I think paint work shouldn't have bumps or hazzy scratches in it
