My car went to Cirencester branch after someone reversed into it! I was contacted quickly and my car was picked up - but not sure why a low loader turned up, it was totally drivable... I was kept up to date frequently and when I picked it up my car was like new, and she had been given a wash and brush up! There was decent protection on the seats and it even had some of that sticky cling film on the steering wheel - which is still on there cuz I love it! The customer service inside the branch was excellent and friendly, I felt very comfortable there. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this branch to anyone. It’s one of those places where people are totally genuine and not fawning all over you - I hate that. Altogether, a great experience at a really really stressful time. Five stars from me!

Came back like a new car

Motofix Accident Repair Centre was selected by my insurers to repair extensive damage to my car. A faultless service carried out in the anticipated time. I was kept appraised of the progress on a daily basis and my car was returned to me, on time, with the use or an excellent courtesy car in the interim. Staff were friendly and helpful, and I was not once held in a queue.&

My car was sent to Motofix to be repaired via my insurer and so, as it was not my choice, I did not have any expectations of them. However, I was very impressed. They collected the car when they said they would, kept me informed of the progress of the repair via text and delivered it back when they said. Reliability is really valuable when you are waiting for your car to be repaired!

Motofix Swindon were extremely helpful and professional when dealing with my vehicle repair. They were extremely responsive and inform you regularly with updates on the progression of your vehicle. I cannot fault the service they provided. I would definitely recommend this service to friends and family.

This is a service that you don't want to have to use however, they were fantastic in they way they dealt with everything for me. A fast service with great customer care.

As this was my first time I had to have my car fixed after being damaged in a minor accicdent, I didn't know the procedures. I didn't need to worry as the customer service by very friendly staff was excellent. They kept me informed every step of the way of the progress of the claim and repairs. I would recommend Motofix for those unfortunate bumps and scrapes.

Fantastic experience, everyone in the office and the gentleman who collected and dropped my car were fantastic and their customer service was top notch! The work on my car was delayed through no fault of their own but I had lots of updates and was never left guessing. If I needed to I would definitely be going back to Motofix!

They collected my car as promised even had a lovely chat with my autistic son as he was very upset the car had to go. They reassured him it would be fine. At every stage they called me and even had a chat about the damage and was informed on all matters and progress and they had my best interest at heart throughout. The work only took about a week to complete. It was returned back to me spotlessly clean like new and the repairs were perfect, My car looked like it was just off the forecourt. I'm so impressed with the care towards me and my situation I feel they went above and beyond to help me in my time of need with everything running smoothly even bought my son a small gift to cheer him up. Where do i start !! Liars, rubbish, rude ,do not let your insurance company use these people My brand new Hyundai went there/ sent there by my insurance company halifax ,enterprise do the hire and fix , motofix is their garage, you do have a choice do NOT let your car go there ! 10 days in ,not even bothered looking at my car properly, first the bumper was to be fix , then as i thought a new one was needed,i was told a brand new one was going to be ordered, (lie 1) as its a brand new car only Hyundai can supply the part , did they order from Hyundai,,no!! Over 2 weeks in , my new bumper was the wrong one,strange as thats not a thing to get wrong,another one ordered, (lie 2), they was trying to get after market not Hyundai parts for my car , that wont fit on a 19 plate model change car, i phoned Hyundai, not ordered through them ,i phoned there supplier, in Manchester, they had only one order of a after market/crash repairable bumper , not 2 (lie 3) , not genuine parts, wont fit !!, only ordered nearly3 weeks into it!, got car taken to another garage, not happy been lied to again, looked at my car in the new Hyundai approved garage and omg, the car was a mess , rudeness , even rude to my insurance complaints department , more damage then when it went in, someone must of been having there lunch in the passenger seat, a mess inside and out, no respect for my car also damage to the front that was not there before, i cried again , there is more to this story but i dont have the space to write , do not use this garage, do not trust this garage, they will lie to you , destroy your car and fit damaged/aftermarket parts and charge for genuine, i have reported them to everyone dealing with them and bewarned this is the worst garage i have ever had the misfortune to of come across

Work carried out as result of driver's wing mirror being ripped off by a white van driver who didn't stop (hope his damage was at least as bad as mine!) Car delivered to Motofix who kept me informed at every step of the way, including when they had received estimate and how long they expected to take. Car returned 2 days earlier than promised and fully valeted. Thank you very much!
