Part delays - no fault of MOTOFIX Exeter resulted in timely & effective communication. I could not fault the courtesy & professionalism of the customer sales team. The car was collected efficiently & I received regular updates regarding its repair. I was advised two weeks due to safety & sensor checks. Ordinarily not an issue - except I had foot surgery which meant I was unable to walk. My partner looking after me, a car necessary for shopping etc. Both MOTOFIX & my insurance company were sympathetic & did all they could to help. I can’t thank MOTOFIX Exeter enough for their kindness within 9 days the car returned rather than three weeks. Customer care that’s personalised & of a very high quality is hard to find. Exeter went above & beyond - thank you ! You deserve to be recognised & acknowledged for your hard work & fantastic team work.

Great service. Sent my car here as my choice from my insurance company. Great work all done as they said and all original parts used. Even feels it’s a brand new car again. It is new but better now.

Excellent service would highly recommend! The car was fixed quicker than excepted and kept up to date with timescales throughout. Even collected the car and dropped it off again once the job was done. Very convenient!

I cannot rate this company highly enough, they had a lot to contend with whilst supporting me and getting my vehicle back to me as soon as possible, I was kept updated at every stage and I know the staff there did all they could at all times. The workmanship was outstanding too and seriously there are not enough stars or sweets to give them!

I had waited 6 weeks for my car to be recovered after my accident to the garage that were going to fix it. Up to that point the process had been horrendous! At the point Motofix were asked to fix my car I was contacted by them confirming next steps. The person who I spoke to was so friendly I knew they would do the best they could, as I was now their customer. I was kept informed of progress at each point. When my car was finally ready to be picked up they were able to take ownership of the hire car, so one less thing to worry about. All in all, the repair aspect of my experience was the easiest part. Extremely happy with the service!

After someone had hit my car, my insurance arranged Motofix to do the repairs on my vehicle. It was over the Christmas/new year period, so I wasn’t expecting any quick fix. They had my vehicle repaired and back to me within the week! Kept me updated on everything and even cleaned the car for me! Fab service and would 100% recommend to family and friends. My car was collected and retuned to my workplace which made it very convenient for me, car was fixed to new and spotlessly clean, also the receptionist was great and fast in dealing with any enquiries I had great service.

Had an accident in my mokka and you know it’s always a worry about timings and getting your car back and having a suitable courtesy car etc, well motofix didn’t disappoint, always very helpful on the phone and polite, Shannon was amazing, an asset to the company ( pay rise??? ) when it was time to get my car back it had to have some work done on the engine that wasn’t related to the accident so the took it to Vauxhall for me and then picked it up the next day and delivered it to my work!! Brilliant customer service! If I have another accident ( I hope I don’t ) but I will always feel safe with motofix 10 out of 10 Ash

Picked up my Nissan from Motofix this morning and I have to say how impressed I am! Fantastic service from start to finish. Exceptional customer service from all the staff and a special mention to Ed who made everything easy, from arranging the drop off of my car and also the pick up of my courtesy car. Excellent service provided by Motofix, Aldershot from booking in to complete repair and delivery. The car was picked up from the house and delivered back within 10 days. At all stages, I was able to track the progress of the repair. Telephone calls were all answered promptly and any queries were dealt with very professionally.
