My recent experience with the Swindon branch of Motofix was 5*. All staff members I spoke to were polite and professional. I was kept up-to-date on the progress of the repair and, when it was time to collect my car, Ed very kindly said he would call the hire company and advise them, saving me the job of doing this myself. I would not hesitate to recommend this company or use them again. Keep up the good work.

Two really helpful occasions when Matt at Motofix Northampton arranged an excellent repair of our Q5 roof damage and then on a carbon fibre scratch on another car, he polished it there and then without charging me. Great work carried out. Fantastic service on the desk and phone from the ladies at the Aldershot branch. The manager is the proper ‘wheeler-dealer’ type didn’t fit well with me. If he invested some time into his customer service skills and how he speaks to people would be a 5* rating.

My car was involved in a low speed accident but significant damage owing to the passenger front wheel being hit directly breaking the entire wheel base and associated parts. They had my car for 2 months (parts from Audi were seriously back ordered) and the communication was excellent. Several extensions to the time frame but always quickly communicated with explanations. The car looks fantastic and it drives perfectly. Motofix Oxford also fixed another one of my cars two years ago and they were just as professional. They are also a friendly group of people and take pride in their work- you can tell they like working there. I recommend Motofix Oxford without hesitation.

Excellent service throughout the repair. Customer services were well informed and able to answer all my questions. The collection and return of my car was well organised. Likewise the delivery and collection of the courtesy car was excellent. The repair took approximately two weeks and was of a very high standard.

A scammer hit my 17 year old while learning ! Our insurance company uses Motofix and being the cynic I am I googled, trust piloted etc and saw a few dodgy reviews. My car has come back cleaner than I think it has ever been, and it was finished 2 days earlier than the set completion date.
