I get at least 5-6 emails each day and advertisements as I browse just for inquiring about information from them. They are relentless and embarrassing. I can't even trust my friends and family looking at my phone while I browse because these guys flood my device. Letting everyone know I have a problem that I would like to keep private.

United States | 05 February 2025This is the second time it's happened because I was dumb enough to give them another chance two years after the first time. The website will say your subscription is canceled but then resets to say it's not and they refuse to manually cancel even before it's shipped. It is extremely difficult to even find a way to contact CS, and then they say no refunds because you "did not cancel in time" even if the order was just placed and hasn't shipped. This is a well known scam sadly, I should have looked up reviews before, and it cost me over $300. I even removed my payment information and they still charged me.

Now the hair that’s there is growing faster. The gummies are good but I dread getting them in summer as they are melted into a puddle in the bottle by the time I get them. So at the moment I’m on the fence on the hair growth method. The erection pills are good

I ordered a 5 month supply (5) bottles of hair restoration, yesterday I received 2 bottles instead of the 5 like I ordered. I am not pleased at all with this and unless something changes I will let any and everyone know just how unsatisfactory Hims is and advise them not to order anything from your company. United States | 04 February 2025To be honest, there were a few errors concerning my account BUT today, after about 2 minutes of loud and annoying hold music (you really need to change that to something more mellow), I had the please of speaking with a customer service rep who helped me straighten out all the issues. Now I am once again a Happy Hims Customer.

So I changed monthly order to every 3 months...in meantime lost wallet and had to get new credit cards...well.my order for monthly came due and I tried to explain I didnt want monthly and would update payment when I needed pills so you wouldnt send and chsrge something I didnt need. It was impossible to get someone to relaize that!!+
