This is by far the worst telehealth experience I have ever had, and the worst customer service I have ever had. I ordered my meds two months ago and every time I ask for an update, I have been lied to or ignored. What kind of medical company lies to their customers? Just astonishingly bad, and likely illegal. This is lawsuit territory.

I discontinued my weight loss treatment months ago. Recently I was charged for another year, and the medication was mailed to me. I only chose to continue the erectile disfunction medication. I have responded to these facts on one other occasion without any response.

I cannot speak to a human to postpone my shipment. 900 dollar shipment going to an empty house where I will not be. Ask for help on the site with no response and all you get is past answers to questions that do not work

Overall my experience has been satisfactory. However, I selected the 30 subscription but was billed for the 90 day. I felt scammed or miss-lead at the very least. Then I spoke to a friend who within the same week had the same experience that I did….selecting a 30 day plan but charged for the 90 day. The only reason I didn’t report or escalate this issue with a consumer watch dog is because I liked the product and ordered more once the initial prescription was done.

The eval is a joke, and the medication was toxic to my system. They think they're doctors. And their medications are NOT FDA-approved. It's a big red flag. Headaches, insomnia, swollen eyes and legs. Not ok.

With the other ones had to take them at night to sleep thru the sickness. With yours i have no sickness and im able to take in the morning and be ready for any time she wants to. Awesome!
