I have bought a number of jewellery items from the Warringah Mall store and have always been happy with the quality of the jewellery and the individuality of the pieces. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

We walked in with an idea of what we wanted in an engagement ring, we were not coerced into anything, but we ended up buying something completely different, but so much better than what we expected. I have never had so many people complement me on my stunning ring. Theo was extremely professional, not pushy, and responded to all our questions and emails promptly. We had an amazing experience at Dracakis Jewellers. We found our wedding bands, felt comfortable and accepted and we had a ball with Theo. I was surprised to learn that the work I required on my watch was a fraction of the cost I had been quoted at another jeweller. The team were helpful & the work was completed in 3 days!

Dracakis are at my local mall and since the place I bought my ring at had shut down, I figured a shop near home that has been there for many years would offer a good service. I had a lovely sales assistant, and the whole process was very efficient. The replacement diamond matched perfectly, the ring was cleaned and all within the time frame indicated. Price was reasonable too. Very happy.
