Extremely pleasant and helpful. Altered the size of my new ring within 24 hrs so that I could return to my home state with it the next day.

I just needed to polish a couple of rings and repair a watch nobody had been able to repair before - the overall service has been outstanding, I was kept up-to-date with any delay on the reparation and the final result absolutely what I was hoping for!
