I had a phenomenal experience with SF. The communication and customer service were excellent. They offered me an exceptional rate and took care of everything.

I applied for financing, because they claimed to offer lower interest than my own Credit Union. I am a well qualified buyer and expected a swift approval, which was not my experience. I never got the call that they say to expect as part of the process. They emailed me to provide documentation but my Credit Union reached out to me and offered to match SE Financial lowest published rates, so I had already decided to work with my own Credit Union. Good thing I did because I got an email from this company that stated they could not approve me, giving the reason(s) that my credit report had foreclosure, bankruptcy, repossession and something else on it. None of that is true! I have paid CASH for my homes, never even financed one. Never had a repo on ANYTHING, not even close. The bankruptcy claim is absurd. I have a 100% on time payment record and my credit score is not a problem. Southeast Financial blames Equifax but when I reached out to the reporting agencies, they assured me that their reporting was accurate and did not reflect any of the above listed issues. I have private access to and routinely monitor my credit reporting from all three reporters, VantageScore 3.0 AND FICO. I don't know why they actually did this, it may have simply been an error but I suspect since I didn't submit the paperwork they requested, they auto rejected my application. I don't care but would warn any legitimate potential customers to think twice about this "company" for funding. Reach out to the institution you bank with first, they usually want your business and will offer less competitive options. Furthermore, they are professional--unlike this poor excuse for an organization.

I was thoroughly pleased at the attention I was given and follow up that I received through this entire transaction. Everyone that I dealt with was a true professional and treated me like I was their best client. Outstanding service.

Cheyenne and Tonya were excellent to work with. They took a lot of time to go through paperwork, speak with the private seller when he had questions / concerns, as well as the seller's lender. They went above and beyond in terms of communication. Sometimes in the business world there are hiccups or unforeseen circumstances. When this happens, the best way to work through it is keeping all parties in the know of the current status and make sure lines of communication are open. We had a few hiccups - unrelated to the work of SE Financial and this is truly where Cheyenne and Tonya shined as they navigated through the situation and helped find resolution. I would highly recommend SE Financial along with Cheyenne and Tonya.

Quick pre approval, but finalization takes awhile. Every request was sent immediately and still took over a week.

This is been one of the best experiences I've ever had purchasing a big ticket item! I swore I was never going to buy a camper from a dealer again and that if I had the opportunity I would get the loan myself. And that is exactly what I did and these folks made that experience unforgettable!! I don't want to forget someone, but Corbin, Caydence and all the other key players were professional they communicated every step of the way and quick. This process took less than a week from start to finish.
