I got a great rate for my loan through SE. The paperwork/process was a bit overwhelming- I'm sure it's normal, but was totally unexpected. If I were to go through the process again with SE, I'd set aside a day to complete the paperwork, arrange the notary, to get everything out to SE faster, rather than trying to weave it into a demanding work schedule.

Overall the process and service was good. We had a few mix ups where something wasn't communicated to us so we didn't expect it or we were told steps would happen that didn't. The process was fairly smooth though.
