My experience with southeast was great. They have a dream team of ladies working the sales, loan officer, customer service and in loan funding departments. Kayla, Allison, Cheyenne thank you for always being on the same page as each other and also being attentive to my needs as a customer. Before going southeast financial I did a ton of background work and noticed there was tons of reviews about hidden fees and the timeline of funding, receiving docs, etc. I highly took this and into consideration when going with Southeast financial. We originally were skeptical but went with them as they had the best overall loan package for our situation. Our loan officer was very fast and a pleasure to work with. I was transparent with her and asked for all the fees upfront before signing the loan document, and she did not have any problem, providing me with this. She worked as fast as she could on our timeline. She was pretty good with answering the phone and returning calls, but she would text more. We did have a hiccup with trying to be charged an additional fee then we had originally received in writing..However, agreeing speaking with the manager they waive the fee as it was on error on their part. I greatly appreciated that from a customer and business owners perspective. Overall, I would recommend Southeast financial, but always be an informed customer— do your research and ask questions! Always get things in writing and you should be good to go!

Things went a little slow but we got our loan to get our camper. The finance, lady, Tonya, never gave up, even though we were approved through one company and then they turned around and denied us. She found another one that did approve us.

Kayla and the entire team was awesome throughout the whole process my credit is not great didn't even think I would get approved 4 hours after filling the online application out I had a approval
