The repair was easy and fast, all based on their wonderful support system. Even though the customer support team was thousands of miles away, I found the support to be phenomenal. I would recommend Hiboy to others with no hesitations!!! Thank you for your help and courtesy...

United States | 19 February 2024I’ve had my Hiboy scooters for over 2 years, never had an issue. The battery went out after a couple of years of heavy use. I contacted customer service and they were very helpful diagnosing the problem. They gave me a great discount on the battery and it shipped very fast. The battery was easily replaced and I was back on the streets in no time. I can’t say enough good things about Hiboy and their service and products. 5/5 stars from me! Thanks Hiboy!!

If something goes wrong they are always there to help with whatever it is !!! I seriously never had such great customer service HI boy is by far has the best customer service I've ever had in my entire life ! I highly recommend hiboy to eveyone who is looking for a great scooter with amazing customer service they literally will do there best to fix any problem with youre scooter or bike I'm just so amazed by there customer service out of all the scooter company hiboy literally has the best customer service !! This is a company you can trust !!! They helped me with multiple issues I had with a scooter I bought 5 scooters 2 bikes from them because of there amazing customer service there scooter is super reliable as we all know things happen sometimes but that's when hiboy customer service comes in nobody match there customer service !! There products is also quality build dosent feel cheap everything feels sturdy and done right ! Buy from hiboy !!!

We are not satisfied with the product and requested to return within 30 days and now they state that if we do, they will discount whatever they deem appropriate in the refund. Would not buy from this company if I had to do it again. The return policy online is different then the email they sent. Stay away from purchasing Hiboy products.

I finally was contacted by Hiboy only after the time period for returning the item expired. My son has purchased three Hiboy scooters look elsewhere if customer service is important to you. BUYER BEWARE!

United States | 18 January 2024Throwing a mid stream review, the bikes are still in their boxes, one shipped from TX, the second from CA. I made these purchases for my wife and I as a Christmas and retirement gift to both of us, because 12/29/23 was our last day of work. I pray that we did not get ripped off, retirees can't afford that at all. Thinking tomorrow at least I may pull one out of the shipping box and assemble it, I just hope we haven't been screwed with inferior equipment. You definitely will hear from me again, and, I do hope I can give a 5 star review. We shall see.

United States | 05 January 2024Agree with everyone else. This company is run like its out of someone garage. They make promises and dont keep them. I order a scooter for my son based on the fact they could get me the scooter would arrive before Christmas. I received the Scooter 4 days after christmas and know I want to return it and their telling me theirs a restocking fee. The best part is when I said this seems like false advertising they asked if I had a screen shot of their website. Don't waste your time with this company. Long and short returning the scooter and I still have do pay for it.

Purchased 2S2 scooters in the end of October for Christmas. scooter was put in the basement in a warm area on Christmas Day my kids opened up their presents for one scooter to work one charged, and the other one not even to turn on. I have contacted multiple times via email chat and what says to be a customer service number to somebody by the name of Joe. no one has taken the time to respond in a matter that would be fixing this problem and the customer service telephone number is bogus. I was told that the man who answered is the man on the totem pole and cannot do anything to help me.. I have two scooters and paid $539 and only one works. I was told that I purchased the scooter more than 30 days ago and that because I didn’t turn it on that’s the reason why the whole entire system doesn’t work. This company seems to be bogus and they do not have any customer service or respect for their clients.

United States | 20 December 2023I received horrible customer service...after already purchasing 2 pro's I went to purchase 2 more bc I kept getting email about a 5% discount..went to apply it it wasn't working...so I started chatting ..that went horrible..very unresponsive no explanation and basically falsely advertised..I literally got an email with 2 s2 scooters and option for the 5% discount..I even screenshotted and sent it in the chat..NO RESPONSE...I'm guessing it's a scam

United States | 19 December 2023I just purchase S2 Max scooter. The battery display bars on the scooter doesn't show all green when battery fully 100% charged. Customers support replied to the issue is " don't worry just keep using as it" customer service is very slow response? No Joke? why would you want to buy product from this company?

United States | 12 December 2023Is it a scam? I'm not sure. Hiboy sent email stating package was delivered via FedEx. FedEx says tracking number doesn't exist. Called hiboy at 11:00 am EST and went to voice-mail stating the voice-mail is full?
